„Property is not clean especially the hallway. The smell is not good.“

„No rags and wipes inside unit.“

„Bed was beat up. Guard was hostile to my guest.“

„We did not stay there. The staff was rude when we asked online questions. Hung up and then blocked my wife trying to ask questions. Reported to Expedia. Asked to cancel reservation and refund. They would not refund our money.“

„Clean room. Friendly personal staff. Well Airconditioned“

„It's an ok space for a decent price. It could be better maintained (paint peeling off everywhere etc.), but it's clean and you have a nice view. The gym is ok, the sauna is a nice touch. All-in-all no major complaints, but there are better value-for-money options in Makati“

„A perfect place for a group of 4. Nice and clean unit. All of us in our group like it so much that and will definitely book it on our next trip.“
