Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Siem Reap.
Das Hotel ist ca. 300 Meter von der Pup Street entfernt. In der Pup Street gibt es sehr schöne Lokale un Restaurant. Gegenüber von dem Hotel ist ebenfalls ein gemütliches Restaurant., zum Frühstücken Ideal. Das Hotelzimmer ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Personal hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Keine Propleme mit der englischen Sprache, es wird sogar deutsch gesprochen.

Misleading Information
So at first we checked in quite late (11pm) due to late arrival from Phnom Penh. The night attendant at the check in was far from friendly and made us feel more then unwelcome. As we only slept in the Hotel for 5 hours before heading out to the Temples, we tried to either get a late check out or book another night. Neither was possible with him. When entering the room, it surely wasn't the 40 m2 as described on expedia but closer to 15m2. the balcony was big enough for 1 person to stand, not sit outside. The bathrooms condition was questionable.

Zentrale Lage, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht. In meinem Zimmer war kein Stecker für den Fernseher. Wenn am was sehen wollte, musste man den Stecker vom Kühlschrank nehmen, was ich nicht gemacht habe. War nur zum Schlafen da. Restaurants und Bars waren vor der Tür. Die Lage ist Top und trotzdem sehr ruhig! Die Ausstattung abgewohnt aber dem Preis angemessen. Würde das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von bis zu 5 Nächten wieder nehmen.

Very affordable place in the center of the twin . Very helpful and courteous staff . Eager to help and arrange anything required. At this time nearby noisy construction during day . Since close to the main entertainment area for a bit noisy till about 12 midnight . But rooms seem to be surprisingly quite soundproof . No elevators so had to climb a couple of flight of stairs but staff helps with the luggage .

Nous aimons beaucoup la situation de cet hotel, situé près de tout, il a un certain charme. il a été entièrement repeint et ses installations sont en bon état. Pour la première fois depuis que nous allons à cet hotel, nous n’avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservée. Cela s’est arrangé le lendemain, mais nous avons perdu pas mal de temps. Cette année, le service du personnel est inégal, il ne semble pas avoir de communication entre les quarts de travail. Cela n’était pas arrivé lors de nos voyages précédents.

Séjour très agréable
Hôtel idéalement situé au centre ville, au calme,non loin de Pub Street, à 10 minutes des temples, du musée d'Angkor. Personnel très accueillant, souriant et serviable. Se charge de réserver vos excursions et vos moyens de transport. N'hésitez pas non plus à vous restaurer quelques mètres plus loin au Socheata Restaurant où la cuisine est vraiment délicieuse et ayant un bon rapport qualité-prix.

オールドマーケットに歩いて行ける近さで大変便利でした。ホットシャワーあります。宿泊費もそんなに高くなく良いホテルでした。なぜか滞在3日後に1つ電球がつけられ薄暗かった部屋が明るくなり、本が読みやすくなりました。

Room With Ants and served ants bread!
Staffs in hotel were very kind and nice. The lication is walkable and located very convenient area and shopping area. However, room is very dated with old bedding and bathroom's condition is very bad. There were a lot of ants in bathroom and dirty water spots in the ceiling. We asked removing ants or changing our room to some of hotel staffs, but there was nothing changes. We just stayed at the same room with ANTS!. AND there was another issue with ants. We had ants baguette bread with our meal in the morning at The restaurant which serves the hotel breakfast. Inside of bread there were hundreds of dead ants. It was horrible. And nobody say sorry, but they just changed to new bread. The tablecloth also never changed or cleaned. I spoiled some coffe on the tablecloth and the next day we sit at the same table and the spot was in the same place and the next day had same dirty spots.

Staff is very helpful and courteous from checking in to checking out. Special mention to Vertica (sorry if spelling is wrong) who always smile. Rooms are very clean with very cool ac. Location is near to pub street, old market, night market. Our only problem is there are no elevator and our room is at the 5th floor. Overall great hotel for a very cheap price.

蚊が部屋に複数回入っていて、刺された。 部屋ごとの電気のスイッチをフロントで入れる仕組みだが、ほぼ毎回スイッチ入れ忘れがあったので、帰るたびにいちいちスイッチを入れる様に指示しないといけなかった。 部屋の掃除が必要かを毎回聞かれ、一度掃除不要と言ったら溜まっていたゴミもそのまま、インスタントコーヒー、インスタント紅茶、水の追加もされていなかった。少なくともゴミ回収は行うのが当たり前だと思う!

Near Pub st.
Older hotel but well maintained and extremely clean.Some receptionists speak good english and can book you tours and give you some helpful info.Hotel is only 2 minute walk from pub street and many restaurants.My only complaint is demand a receipt for everything ,they forgot to book mu taxi for 6:00am to catch my flight home and was waiting there for a while before was told no taxi coming must wait 2 hours to book.I had to wander the streets with my luggage for 15 minutes at 6am in the dark to find a taxi,very bad .

BEST HOTEL IN SIEM REAP!
Excellent hotel! Very clean, GREAT location, and EXCELLENT service. Youna is the very best manager. He is very friendly, speaks very good English, and always works very hard to make everything perfect! The internet is slow, but that is true everywhere in Siem Reap, so nothing bad about this hotel. We will stay here again and bring friends. The best!

場所がパブストリートに近いことから、夜遅くまで音楽が聞こえて来ます。少し奥まった所にあるので、特に夜は目印の店などが見つけにくくて迷います。1回、トゥクトゥクのオヤジも分からなかったのか面倒だったのか、全然とんでもなく離れたところに置き去りにされました。ホテル自体はとても快適でした。

Come on this is a great Hotel
This is a very nice hotel centrally located in the center of the action in Siem Reap. Shops, restaurants, money exchanges, bars, banks, everything is close at hands with many different varieties of foods to enjoy and very good. The market is just down the street where you can buy anything imaginable, clothes, statues, art, backpacks, fruit, nuts, meat, fish, anything but cars, houses and scooters. The hotel is very clean, The staff very helpful, speak very good English, good WiFi and can arrange any tours you may want to take at a very reasonable rate. I recommend this hotel, it is well worth the price.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, but I could spend comfortably. Thank you very much. The room was beautiful. I felt that the outside wall of the hotel painted further and it got even more beautiful. There was a breakfast restaurant in front of us and there was a fashionable general store. It is about a minute walking distance from pub street, but it was quiet.

Nice quiet hostel in city center
Enjoyed out stay in this family-owned hotel. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent, only 1-2 minutes walk to pub street yet it is still quiet. A lot of restaurants surrounding. Very recommended.

パブストリート・ナイトマーケットに近くて便利です。 部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 バスタブがないですが、概ね満足でした。 朝食は目の前のレストランで取れます。おいしく無料です。 電気は部屋に戻る時にスタッフさんが入れてくれるので、 冷蔵庫は役に立ちません。

親切なホテル
ホテルの入り口は通りから少し入ったところにあるけど、周りの店の人に聞くとすぐに案内してくれた。ホテルの周りはご飯を食べるところもカフェも多いし、ナイトマーケットも近い。でも寝るのに気にならないくらい静かだった。日本語は一人だけ片言話せるスタッフがいて、とても親切だった。他のスタッフも私が単語と簡単な英語しか話せないことが分かったら、一生懸命理解してくれようとしたし、ゆっくり話してくれてとても親切だった。ネットで予約して5分後くらいに到着したので、ホテルズドットコムからの連絡より早く着いたためチェックインに時間が少し掛ったが時間を感じさせないくらい対応が良かった。 シングルの部屋に泊まったがクローゼットもあったしシャワーもお湯がきちんと出た。 チェックアウト後も、夜中のピックアップまでの3時間ほどロビーでウトウトしながら待っていたら、嫌な顔をするどころかご飯は食べたのかとか寝てても大丈夫だとか色々気を使ってくれた。

Good stay, good value for money in great location
Staffs are very nice and helpful. The bathroom can be improved if they can separate the shower and the toilet area, mainly so that the toilet area can stay dry during shower. At the moment water from the shower going everywhere and can be dangerous for guest (can slip easily)

Extremely eco hotel
I grade this hotel as *extremely eco*. 1. All humans are required to take off their shoes at the only front door. 2. There is no elevator in this 4-storey hotel. My tuk-tuk driver helped me to carry my luggage to my room. But I needed to carry it down myself on my check-out day. 3. The hotel provided daily complimentary set breakfast; but one needed to pay for extra bread and butter. 4. On day 2 when I returned to hotel, my room was not serviced at all. When queried, the receptionist advised that it was the hotel's policy not to enter or disturb guest rooms unless requested. This was not announced at check-in, nor was there any notice inside the room. However, I was glad that I was given fresh towels on my request. I requested daily room cleaning afterwards. 5. On another day when I returned to my room, there was no electric power, including the refrigerator. I found out that there was a panel at the front desk which controls the power supply to each guest room. Apparently, once a guest deposits the room key at the front desk when he goes out, the power supply will be switched off to save electricity. Therefore, never put perishable food in the refrigerator.

Après les visites exténuantes aux Temples d' Angkor, des soirées reposantes à l'hôtel Neth Socheata, le restaurant est à ...1 mètre de distance ! Des serveuses adorables, un personnel aux petits soins. Le plus important: la clim ! Puis ; la propreté.

Interesting adventure in Siem Reap
Located at the junction of two alleyways near the Pub Street, the location is the best part of using this property. Unfortunately, there was no elevator, and no air conditioning in the public areas (including hallways), and the staff had to remember to turn on the hall lights, when you went to your room. The room was, exceptionally, small and the shower had only about an 18 inch wide partition, which insured that the rest of the bathroom got wet when you showered. The breakfast was served, across the alley, in an open air restaurant, which was fine, as long as you were aware of the motorbikes that used the ally as a short cut. The staff, especially, the evening desk clerk, was excellent, and made every effort to insure that we were taken care of, which made up for, at least part of the physical shortcomings of the property.

Great location and staff
Perfect location for all downtown life, but quiet. Staff show meticulous attention to guests needs, really helpful,but not pushy. Can organise everything from bus tickets to guides. Very good food at their restaurant.

Secret find......what a gem.
This littlgem comes highly recommended. If you choose the bedroom with a small balcony facing the small narrow alleys, it feels like you are in Paris or Venice or some other small town. The hotel has soul and character and it is ideally located close to all of the nightlife, markets, streetfood and whatever you may wish to be close to. We were sad to leave and will return any day. If you are looking for pamperin and luxury then dont cone here. This is a lower budget type of no frills and no nonsence hotel but it is value for money. Only issue may be with the ac that was struggling to keep up......it just couldn't get the room to my required temperature.

Svært hyggelig hotellpersonale som ønsker oss velkommen med et stort smil. Ligger midt i sentrum av Siem Reap med gangavstand til det meste.Små rom med liten balkong man ikke merker noe til med mindre man har den solide balkongdøra åpen, men da kommer all myggen inn. Liten dusj uten noe forheng slik at hele baderomsgulvet blir vått. Man bør ikke oppbevare mat i kjøleskapet siden hotelpersonalet slår av strømmen i tide og utide for å spare strøm.
