Absolut tolles Hotel! Sehr zu empfehlen!
Absolut tolles Hotel, wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an sehr sehr gut aufgehoben. Angefangen von der Abholung vom Flughafen bis zur Unterbringung im Zimmer (wir bekamen noch ein Gratis Upgrade). Jeden Tag gibt es eine Veranstaltung am Abend zum Essen, und zusätzlich gratis Cocktails von 18.00 - 19.00 Uhr. Ein spezieller Dank hier geht an unseren Barkeeper Lipton, der echt tolle Cocktails serviert. Auch haben wir jeweils eine Massage von einer Stunde gratis dazu bekommen, welche ausgezeichnet war. Das ganze Personal agiert äusserst professionell, wir haben deshalb den Aufenthalt um einen Tag gleich verlängert. Wenn wir ein weiteres Mal nach Siem Reap kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen!

A number 1 stay in Cambodia....and beyond
This is among the most beautiful stays ever, excellent to visit Anghkor Wat as well as spending a day in the spa. The hotel offers many services at discount and provide a tuktuk shuttle downtown free of charge in the afternoon and evening. Beyond this everybody does whatever possible to make this a memorable time in Cambodia. THANK YOU METTA TEAM!! It is a pity you are so far away from my home country - otherwise I'd visit you more often

Wunderschönes kleines Boutique Hotel
Tolles Hotel mit super freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Hatten noch nie so einen aufmerksamen freundlichen Service. Durften bei Anreise in der früh um 7:00 Uhr morgens sogar kostenlos frühstücken. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll angerichtet und sehr lecker. Es gibt einen sehr guten Cappuccino. Es wurden frische Lotusblüten auf's Zimmer gebracht. Haben sogar eine Massage bekommen. Die freie Cocktailstunde von 18:00-19:00 Uhr am Pool, der kostenfreie Airport-Transfer, sowie der kostenlose Tuktuk Service in die Pub-Street von 17:00-22:00 Uhr runden das Angebot perfekt ab! Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Ótimo hotel
Achamos o hotel excelente, quarto confortável e equipe muito atenciosa. Ótimo custo benefício. Não tomamos o café no restaurante pelo horário dos passeios e vôo, mas prepararam um box com ovos e croissant para nós. A localização também é boa, perto do centrinho. O hotel dispõe de transfer e tuk tuk na porta que facilita bastante! Recomendamos!

Fabulous Place - lovely staff and great cocktails!
This place was fabulous, great pool and lovely rooms. Staff were fantastic. Don’t worry about it being slightly out of town Tas there is a free tuk tuk service. Loved the free cocktail hour, the girls that make them are brilliant, probably the best Margarita I’ve had in a few years!! Breakfast was minimal due to covid but fine. They currently allow you to have food delivered from Food Panda etc. No TV service due to covid, most hotels cancelled their cable subscriptions and have not started them again yet

Séjour très agréable, le personnel est d'une gentillesse, incroyable, hôtel très propre, petit déjeuner copieux, piscine magnifique, navette pour se rendre dans le centre, sinon taxi pour 2€. Je le recommande 100 fois, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Apéro offert de 18h00 à 19h00 😉.

Excellent staff, rooms and service. We were given a complimentary upgrade from the private villa to the pool villa which was a lovely surprise. The staff are incredibly accommodating and service was second to none. The grounds and hotel design are beautiful and conveniently located near the Angkor Wat temple and pub street. Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.

At check in we were immediately greeted and serviced one one, given a drink and a sweet treat. The property is gorgeous and our room has a fabulous little patio situated along a shallow pool with plants in it. It’s calming and beautiful. The room is very spacious with fresh plants complimentary water and a set up to make tea. The bathroom is huge with a rain water shower and the shampoo... very spa like. Would definitely recommend. It’s about a 5-6 min tuk tuk ride to the city center.

Cambodia bliss.
Can’t recommend the Metta Residence highly enough. From the moment first my daughter and I arrived - then later on my own when she flew back to Vietnam - the service was first class. A perfect five days. Guess where I’ll be staying next time, if ever, I return to Cambodia. Thank you Diamond, Ly and everyone else who made it such a memorable stay.

I really liked the location of this property - it was a quiet and peaceful oasis yet only 5mins by tuk tuk in to the centre. Friendly, helpful staff that went the extra mile and made us feel welcome. Loved the happy hour cocktails too. We will be back !

This boutique property really stood out. The front desk and restaurant/bar staff were all so friendly and always welcomed us with a smile. Appreciated all the little details and eagerness to please. The pool was fantastic, the happy hour cocktails at the pool bar great, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. We also had a spa treatment and loved it. A great value - will return and do recommend if you are wanting a boutique experience off the beaten path.

5인가족 편하게 머물렀습니다.
10월초에 가족 5인이 3일동안 머물렀습니다. 비수기라 그런지 북적이지 않아 조용하고 편하게 머물렀고, 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 수영장 해피아워도 즐겁게 이용했고 전체적으로 자연과 조화로운 분위기가 참 좋았습니다. 객실 공간도 여유롭고 대체로 만족스러웠으나 프라이빗풀에 나뭇잎이나 벌레 등 부유물질이 떠다녔던 점, 샤워실에 선반이 없는 점, 미니바가 매일 제대로 채워지지 않는 점, 전반적으로 어두운 조도, 에어컨 소음이 아쉬웠습니다.
