„Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen das Personal ist top und sehr zuvorkommend. An diesem Hotel sollte es nichts geben, was man sehr kritisch beurteilen sollte. Aber was mich bisschen gestört hat, war die Größe des Zimmers, wo es keine Ablagemöglichkeit für die Wäsche gab (Schrank gab es nicht). So sah das Zimmer aus, wo wir die Koffer aufgemacht haben. Ich bin der Meinung, dass das Zimmer nicht 23 m² hatte.“

„We stayed there for 3 nights and got an upgrade to a suite. Thank you so much! The service was fantastic. The choice at the breakfast buffet was huge and there is certainly something for everyone. Opposite the hotel is a huge park with a very large playground. Our children loved it and still talk about the big playground every day. We can highly recommend this hotel, in particular it is very child-friendly and all wishes are fulfilled. Will stay here again for sure! “

„trotz Entfernung zu Stationen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet das Hotel alle Gelegenheiten an, wie das Shuttlebus und Anbindung zu Fernbus nach Tokio Station direkt vom Hotel. Großes Zimmer, sehr ruhig, Sportsanlagen wie das Swimingpool, Gyms, Tennis, Golf,u.s.w. sehr günstig obeb drauf, gerne wieder.“

„Great location away from the usual Tokyo central locations. Excellent location next to the local station for getting around. Being that little bit further out, rooms were bigger. Usual Tokyustay great amenities. The in room washer/drier walkways so very welcome and helps keep packing light.. “
