„We stayed there for 3 nights and got an upgrade to a suite. Thank you so much! The service was fantastic. The choice at the breakfast buffet was huge and there is certainly something for everyone. Opposite the hotel is a huge park with a very large playground. Our children loved it and still talk about the big playground every day. We can highly recommend this hotel, in particular it is very child-friendly and all wishes are fulfilled. Will stay here again for sure! “

Knowing the Park Hyatt Tokyo, I had the hope that the Annas creates a similar feeling with a little bit of a more modern, contemporary twist. We were blown away by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff that welcomed us and our three teenager with a maximum of attention and warmth. “
