„The hotel over sold the rooms, left us to scramble for a place to stay. Still charged and had to go else were more expensive, spent 3 hrs on the phone with customer service and still didn't get help“

„I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.“

I appreciate that Best Western is stepping up to offer allergen friendly options for those of us with issues. Once again, my favorite hotel chain!“

„Things were going well during my stay until the very last morning (a Sunday morning). In the middle of my shower, with shampoo in my hair, I lost hot water and never got it back. I called the front desk and was informed this is a known issue that happens often and was provided with steps to "fix it" that made absolutely no logical sense at all, and not surprisingly did not work. I was also told that maintenance was not kept onsite on weekends and someone was being called to come in to take a ...
