"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Emion Sapporo. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel itself has a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of choices and everything we tried was delicious. What impressed us the most, above all, was the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff. Our luggage arrived late, and the staff kindly accepted it on our behalf and kept us updated by phone throughout the process. What was especially appreciated was that they continued to follow up with us even after we had already checked out. This level of care and attention really made us feel looked after. Thank you very much to the entire team for your warm hospitality and excellent service. We would definitely be happy to stay at Hotel Emion Sapporo again!"

"Mein Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Besonders schön fand ich den Onsen, der nach einem langen Tag perfekt zum Entspannen war. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine große und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Allerdings ist das Angebot überwiegend auf den asiatischen Geschmack abgestimmt. Wer ein klassisch westliches Frühstück bevorzugt, findet etwas weniger Auswahl. Insgesamt ein schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in Sapporo, in dem ich mich auch als Alleinreisende sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen."
