„Highly disappointed especially paying so much for a skiing resort. From the breakfast to the sushi lunch was simply awful. Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. „privates Onsen im Tatami-Zimmer oder öffentliches mit tollem Blick, direkter ZUgang zur Piste von den für jedes Zimmer vorhandenen Ski-Schränken am Pistenzugang. Ein perfektes Skiurlaubserlebnis.“

„Der Onsen war super. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. “

„It’s a beautiful hotel and location :) good food and cool bath area“

„Gutes Frühstück, geräumige Zimmer, gemütliches Onsen im Hotel. Die Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer ist gefühlt mindestens 50jährig. Die Dusche ist ein Witz. “

Breakfast quality is one of the few positive aspects, but starts too late (7:30) to be at the lift on time. 15 minutes queuing for breakfast every day in a massive line. Onsen is a nice place. Unfortunately, showers are only available in the onsen, which is announced to be open only from noon to 9pm. Rooms are poorly sound proof between rooms and towards corridor. We will come ...
