„We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.“

„the property was great. loved being that close to the beach and not staying in a condo. both decks were nice and we liked the fact that you could store your beach stuff under the house. also the outside shower area and faucet were a plus to keep from bringing sand in with you. they fixed the shower head the morning after we got there. the only negative i will say is it gets hot upstairs while freezing down stairs, the floors needed to be mopped, and both back door knobs had a issue opening the ...

„We stayed with a large group at the house and it was awesome, everything you can expect from a beach house: Great location, Great House, Great Hospitality. The house slept our 21 people extremely comfortably pretty much a room for every couple. The house had some very minor issues when we arrived and Bob and the ECDI staff were very prompt to correct them and make our stay awesome. If you have a large group this is the place for you! „Good location. Clean and roomy. Condo complex across street had jack hammering starting at 8am. Semi trucks offloading materials parked in front of house, had to get them to move in order to get out of driveway. Grass looks like it hasn't been cut in weeks. For a property that advertised for up to 11 people, doesn't have enough flatware or towels. House has great layout and we would rent it again, but the manager needs to take better care of the property and the noise level will be much better ...

We rented a golf cart and could get everywhere we needed to from this location. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to all of our questions. The kids had a blast in the playroom. We would love to go back!“
