„This was the asolute perfect location! Easy quick walk to the beach and main street. Although small, it didn't feel tight. The living area was very comfortable for the two of us and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The lighting was very good, and lots of windows for daytime lighting. There was enough storage for our clothes for a week and the bathroom, though not large, was perfectly fine. The only thing we wished would have been better was storage for our luggage. The neighborhood was perfect for my preteen to ride his bike without worrying about traffic, close enough for the teen to bike to see his friends, and the dogs loved their walks each day. „We had a fantastic stay in Rosemary Beach. The carriage house was the BEST location! Directly on the little path/boardwalk to the "E" walkover to the beach (about a one minute walk to beach) and just a few quick blocks to the adorable downtown area with tons of great restaurants/shopping/etc. Parking on street but we never had an issue getting a spot directly in front. I would say that the check-in instructions are a little confusing and a little more detail would be helpful. Also, if someone is staying at the main house and parking in front of the garage, if the vehicle is larger, it can block access to the carriage house garage.
