The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.“

While there are multiple complaints of a lack of amenities we did not experience this, the description of the home mentions only having a starter kit but we did not need anymore than that. We had 10 people for 3 nights. There were plenty of supplies for us. The reason for the 4 stars is that the home had quite a bit of damage inside. From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. „The house was big and spacious and very close to the beach. We wanted a beach vacation so this was perfect. The house was great as far as running back and forth for food or beach toys for the kids.
