Hübsches Landhaus in ruhiger Lage, sehr freundliche Betreiber, sehr schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Köstliches Frühstück und das Abendmenu war doitzebklasse!

idyllisches Paradies
Super Hotel in fantastischer Lage mit Blick auf den Shannon. Rund herum nur Pferdekoppeln und traumhafte Landschaft. Da das Hotel über einen Wintergarten verfügt, kann man die Aussicht sogar auch beim Frühstück (LECKER!!!) und beim Dinner (auch lecker) genießen. Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern schon jemals vorher so herzlich aufgenommen worden zu sein. Die Wirtin versucht wirklich alles, um jedem Gast alle Wünsche von den Augen abzulesen. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist super gemütlich. Nur übertriebene Perfektion und Luxus sollte man nicht erwarten. Zusammenfassend:Ich wollte nicht mehr nach Hause, würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren und empfehle das Hotel an jeden, der auch nur annähernd in der Gegend Urlaub machen möchte.

Familienbetrieb, super nettes Personal. Das Essen ist super, unbedingt im Restaurant essen! Nur zum Übernachten vor einem Rückflug von Shannon eigentlich viel zu schade.

Beautiful, beautiful, peaceful rural manor house! Large rooms and bathrooms. Delicious light supper on days the dining room it closed. This is a great place to stay to recover from jet lag or decompress before flying home.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Carrygerry Country House. We specifically chose this location because check in is allowed late into the evening, there's free parking, and it's only a 10 minute drive to the airport. While it was very dark arriving at night, we had no issues checking in. We loved the old charm and found it interesting to read about it's history. The windows were open upon our arrival, so we had some mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. However, this is understandable for a location in the country. We had an early morning flight, but wished that we could have stayed longer because the breakfast sounded amazing.

We arrived on a rainy evening and were greeted warmly and offered a cup of tea in the parlor. Our room was in the courtyard, clean and spacious. We were asked if we would like to make a dinner reservation. After looking at the menu, it was en easy Yes! Food was fabulous and innkeeper so hospitable. We loved our brief stay. 11 minutes from Shannon Airport.

Very comfortable country house, easy access to nearby airport - makes for a great "last night" place to stay, although we also used it as our jumping off point when we first arrived. Lovely place. Only downfall our shower didn't have a place to set our shampoo and soap.Even though the glass was frosted a curtain would have been nice also since we were at ground level.Easy to walk to town and do tje Bushmill tour.

Great location for flying from Shannon airport
We had a change in plans at the last minute and decided to stay near the Shannon airport the night before our early morning flight. It was easy to book, it was a great price, and the woman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. My only two minor complaints were that we couldn't figure out how to turn the radiators off so the room was very warm despite having the windows open and the pillows are flat and hard. Because of those two things, we didn't sleep well at all Oh well, we slept on the plane home.

This property is in the countryside, far from everything but very near the airport, so perfect for your last night. The restaurant is excellent as is the service. The only issues were the very low water pressure in the room and the lovely vintage furniture in the sitting room that is very difficult to deal with when one has a bad back. Service is lovely.

A respite just miles from Shannon airport
So welcoming and kind! So quiet and peaceful here. Lovely bed linens and comfy bed. Great price. If you’re on a layover at Shannon, factor in that a taxi ride each way is 25 euro. It’s not far but not much competition around here I guess and anyway your driver is likely to be lovely as well. It’s all worth it.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Comfortable sleeping room and great breakfast room. Nice view of the surrounding fields. And the horses were trained to stay in view until the last breakfast customers got up!
