Spread across three floors, this luxurious retreat comfortably welcomes up to 12 guests in four beautifully appointed bedrooms - no cramped bunk beds here! Each space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation after a day of adventure.

Looking for entertainment? Head to the game room for friendly competition at the arcade machines and air hockey table. Or simply unwind at our gourmet coffee and hot chocolate bar, where everything you need for the perfect warm beverage awaits.

DOGS are welcome! The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $200 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. *An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.*

All TVs are ROKU TVs equipped with YouTube TV and the ability to stream your favorites by using your personal logins.

PLEASE NOTE - We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make and need to cancel.

**A few important details**

Must be 25 in order to book and the person who books must be present for the entire stay. No 3rd party bookings. If a 3rd party booking is identified, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

The cabin is professionally cleaned after every stay and all linens/towels are provided. We also provide an extensive starter pack of essentials for every stay (hand + dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper). However, depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

PARKING: Two to three full size vehicles will fit in the private drive located in front of the cabin. Overflow parking is available at the entrance of the community, near the catch and release pond.

ACCESS: The front door has an electronic keypad for contactless check in. All access codes will be provided to you at least 24 hours prior to arrival unless it is same-day check in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Must sign rental agreement upon booking.

A $500 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it.

For your safety, please do NOT lean or hang on the railings.

SECURITY/CAMERA: There is ONE ring camera located at the front door for check in/check out and security purposes. The camera has video/photo/recording capabilities. Do not tamper with (cover, unplug, etc.) the camera.

This is a SMOKE FREE Cabin and Premises for safety reasons. If you smoke inside the cabin or on the property, you will be charged $250, plus the additional cleaning fee, as well as for any additional damages.

NOTE: We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay unless it is a true emergency. Only after you depart.

No late check-out or early check-in. Our team is amazing and runs on a tight schedule. Checking out late or arriving early impacts their ability to turn the cabin for you or the next guests. Please be respectful of their time and ensure an on-time departure. (Please note, failure to vacate the property by 10AM departure day will result in a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past 10AM).

DO NOT leave any food items in your vehicle or outside.

Always LOCK your car doors and the entrance door to the cabin to deter any bears from having a goldilocks moment. Bears CAN open car doors and doors into the cabin if not locked.

Refunds are not provided for inclement weather and/or occurrences outside of our control (internet/cable outage, hot tub issue, etc.). Trip insurance is highly encouraged.
