„Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).“

„We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.“

„The hotel has been beautifully renovated. Staff were very courteous. Parking ramp is easily accessible by skywalk. The restaurant in the hotel had no coffee for quite some time on Saturday morning, ugh. It would be nice ig the restaurant were open all afternoon. It closes for a couple hours. We did find a great restaurant about a block away for an afternoon snack and libation! It was so nice we went back for dinner the next night! Would stay here again.“

„We had to switch rooms because the air conditioner stopped working. The next room did not have a microwave. The clerk brought one and had to sit it on our table. There was a huge amount of white powdery substance on the bathtub and door handle. The bed was hard as a rock.“

„Parking lot is in need of refurbishment. The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly.“

„The main part of room was somewhat clean but something splattered on wall. The bathroom was gross with a dirty floor and no shower curtain. The response I got the next day about the shower curtain was not an apology, just - well we can put one up now if you want. There were little ants all over the room and crawling on the bed. I would never stay here again.“

„This is absolutely horrendous, we were given our first room, and the beds were not made, and there was blood in the bathtub and walls, we were then given a second room, there was blood under the toilet seat and blood on the walls in the shower the "Continental breakfast" A COMPLETE SCAM, nothing but toast and yogurt, they claim to have a heated pool, the pool was freezing, Also they have a side door that said its locked between 11pm-5am NEVER LOCKED BIG SAFETY CONCERN“
