„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “

„We stayed here when torrential rain delayed our flight to back NJ for 2 days. The hotel has a relaxed, comfortable vibe which aligns with its suburban location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The best aspect was the food. We received excellent chocolate chip cookies upon arrival, and a complimentary served breakfast that had many delicious options, all of which were well prepared. Id certainly consider this as an option for our next trip to Chicago.“
