„Perfect house for an (almost) weeklong stay over New Years. Celebrated my wife’s milestone birthday with our 5 adult children and one fiancée. So 8 adults (2 couples and 4 singles). Sleeping arrangements were great for that size party. House was in good shape. FYI - TV package was limited. Had to buy a Roku to get ESPN, so if that’s important to you, plan ahead. Whole family loves Isle of Palms and this is a terrific location in Wild Dunes.“

„We loved our stay here and will be back next year!!! It is a beautiful house and it was so clean!! The beds were very comfortable and the living room is cozy. We enjoyed the nice kitchen and sun room and outdoor deck surrounded by beautiful trees. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach which is so nice and quiet! We had the best weekend. It is a perfect beach house and there are so many good waterfront restaurants close by. This place is a gem!!“

„I think the pictures of this property don’t do the house justice. We would happy return here as a family based off of our experience. It’s a 5 minute walk to Bert’s and the beach. „We had an outstanding stay at Jonathan‘s house in the Charleston area. Super spot to reach Charleston downtown and Folly Beach. The house is pretty and perfectly suited for a whole family. Jonathan is a superb host (thanks for the beer and popcorn;-)) and has build a nice outdoor shower which is highly recommended.“

„This house was everything that we wanted and more. The house was so clean and spacious! The decks overlooking the lake were amazing places to sit and relax. You couldn’t even tell that it was in the middle of town. The only thing to be aware of is parking. This house sleeps quite a few people and there are only 2 assigned parking spaces. „It was great but the “house” was not entirely what we expected. It was a duplex in a neighborhood with many, many more duplexes but that being said, it was quiet and close to downtown. We really enjoyed our visit to Charleston. The property was clean and well kept. Could use a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room but we weren’t really there to hang out too much at the property. For the price and location, it was a great place. We enjoyed ourselves.“
