„Our daughter graduated CofC this weekend and we wanted a fun place to stay to celebrate her all weekend. Very clean, very comfortable! Had everything we needed in the kitchen and there were extra beach chairs, towels & a wagon for use. The covered & screened porches were great & the yard was fabulous to play games on we loved the location, tucked back safely but easy walking to bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach. House is for sale. Considering listing back home & moving down ;-) Fun ...

„This was the perfect rental for my family of 8 - age range from 3 to 63, and our dog.The property was well maintained, and completely stocked with everything you could want. Perfectly outfitted kitchen with a killer view of the private - yes I said privet - lake. „Lovely home in great location! Two blocks from the beach, five blocks to town of Folly Beach, and 20 minutes to Charleston. There was a big storm on the day of arrival which, I assume, knocked out hot water, hot tub and ice maker. Was not repaired for 3 days. There was a very indifferent Carolina One agent on the phone call. This is the reason for 4 instead of 5 review“

„We were 4 friends of a certain age and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Northstar. Our goal was to be as close as possible to the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve which NS was perfect for. Our only complaint was the lack of shade on the deck until late afternoon. We brought our own unbrellas, but they didn't hold up very well in the wind. Would definately rent again.“

„A lovely beach house very close to the water and although it is near a lot of businesses and a couple of pubs - the house was insulated well and we slept very well. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. Walking distance to everything !“
