Entire Studio Apartment - Climate Pledge Arena & Space Needle

Welcome to Mercer Furnished Apartments! We offer an amazing studio apartment located in the heart of Lower Queen Anne - Climate Pledge Arena is a block away and Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Opera House and Pacific NW Ballet are just a short walk.

The apartment is located inside a quaint, 3-story, walk up, brick building with a secured gate entry and front door. We do not have an elevator in the building. If you have a preference or requirement for ground floor accommodation, please let us know at booking.

You will be booking into a studio apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You will have a dining room table along with a separate desk and office chair. Our basic wifi package is complimentary and we offer a high-speed business package upgrade at a daily, weekly or monthly fee! Working from your new home in the city can be a breeze.

The apartment has one queen size bed and one couch that can be folded open to a full-size bed. The space is comfortable for 3 grown adults or for a family of two adults and two young children. We can also provide a double air mattress if needed.

We have an amazing, professional housekeeping crew to clean the unit and wash all the linens. You will find the apartment fresh and clean!

Early check in or late check outs are not guaranteed. If we have another guest checking in or out on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the apartment. In case that we can, we offer $25 per hour up to 2 hours total. We wont know until 24 hours prior to your arrival, so please be sure to ask us! If you want more than 2 hours extra, we encourage you to reserve the night before or the night after so that you can arrive and depart at your leisure.

**All guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.**

Great for the price-point!

The price was very reasonable for a studio apartment, comparable to a hotel stay while including a kitchen, dining area, and refrigerator. The unit was clean upon arrival and has a bright, open feel. The furniture is arranged to provide amenities without feeling cramped, allowing for easy movement throughout the space. Due to the building's vintage nature, we chose to keep shoes off inside to minimize noise, and it appeared that other residents did the same. There were no loud stomping sounds, which was greatly appreciated. The keyless entry system was also convenient and we loved having a grocery store right across the street.The building contact, Melanie, was very responsive when I inquired about parking options and offered helpful suggestions.For future improvements, it would be beneficial to install blackout curtains, as nearby high-intensity lights significantly illuminate the interior at night. The current mini-blinds do not adequately block this light. Additionally, adding a window air conditioning unit would greatly enhance comfort, as the only cooling option is to keep windows open which then you can clearly hear conversations of people gathering for smoke breaks in the parking lot below at night.Would these suggested areas for improvement deter me from staying here again? Not at all. However, if these items are deal-breakers for you, please note that the apartment tends to be quite bright at night and can be noisy if windows are open for cooling.

Great location, close to the bus shops with a great grocery store right across the street. Of interest, there is no A/C, like many places in Seattle. The windows open but know that this is close to the city; when the windows are open you will hear this noise.

This was perfectly located. I could walk everywhere i needed. The place was perfect for a little solo trip and i feel would be comfortable with another guest too. I will say the walls are thin and youre on a busy street so if you plan on sleeping in, you might have a hard time.

Great little apartment

Unit was nice, perfect for what we were in the area for since we had a busy schedule. Building was really cute and well kept for such an old building. The neighbor to the Left of the unit we stayed in seemed to be in distress the whole time we were there (screaming/throwing things) but that wasn’t a huge problem for us may be worth management looking into though.

Wonderful apartment in noisy neighborhood

The bars and restaurants are noisy late at night but it's close to many things and the apartment has a desk space as well as the bedroom and kitchen. Very usable for a small apartment and our one request was promptly handled.

Location, location, location!

We were in Seattle to attend a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. We added a couple of extra days for sightseeing. The location was great! The arena was just a short walk away and there was so much to see in the area. The host was great and helped walk us through any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

We had an amazing time here, the location is amazing with plenty of things to do. This was perfect for our plans of exploring the city as the monorail is a 10 minute walk away, with the one line being at the end of the monorail.

Melanie is very available. Close to/walking distance to bay and aquarium/boardwalk. A bit noisy at night so I used ear plugs. Kitchen easy to use; one element was not working on stove but the others worked well. Good ventilation with windows. Great for a short stay. Across the street from market place. Recommend using very small car if you park on the premises as the ability to maneuver car is low.

Nice location, lots of space

We were in easy walking distance of lots of attractions. Neighborhood was a little loud at night, which obviously the host could do nothing about but might be good for the next people to know. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Loved the key code system so we didn't have to keep track of keys. Great for the price we paid.
