The space
Savor the beautiful Meydenbauer Bay from this modern open one-bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in a serene and quiet area that is conveniently located one block from Bellevue Downtown Park, Meydenbauer Bay Park, Old Town Bellevue, Bellevue Square, The Shops at Bravern, Lincoln Square, and much more.

Please be aware that this is an old building without modern sound-proofing. If this will bother you we unfortunately recommend that you find another accomodation!

The comfortable apartment is spacious enough for four guests and has two sleeping spaces - the king-size bed in the open bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the living room. You will feel at home as soon as you open the door. As you walk into the entryway, you are greeted with sunlight and lush views of the surrounding area streaming in from the balcony. The spacious bathroom is to the left of the entrance and the sleeping area is to the right.

The living room is tastefully decorated to complement the natural sunlight and greenery streaming in from the balcony which runs the length of the entire unit The living area is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time at Meydenbauer Bay. The comfortable leather pull-out sofa is the perfect size for two, and the cozy living space is cozy and welcoming after a long day of working or enjoying the sights of the Pacific Northwest. The large flatscreen TV is set up to enjoy your favorite movies and shows and the living room also features a nook with a dedicated work desk, perfect for remote working.

The dining area features a dining table that is set for four and is located conveniently next to the kitchen. The kitchen, like the rest of the apartment, is newly renovated and equipped with stainless steel appliances, as well as everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes.

The spacious bathroom is renovated to the highest standards and features a luxurious tub and shower combination.

The open bedroom features a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window and is complete with a large kingsize bed and memory foam mattress that feels like sleeping on a cloud after a long day. Please note that while the bedroom is separate from the living space, the apartment has an open bedroom layout and the sleeping area is not fully closed off from the rest of the unit.

The apartment also conveniently has a washer and dryer on site.
