This cozy home is in a prime Magnolia location with off-street privacy and parking. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of the two view balconies, or a summer cook-out in the privately fenced backyard. Enjoy the local life in one of Seattle’s finest neighborhoods while also being a stone's throw away from every tourist attraction. This perfectly located home is ready for visitors, business travelers, or families who will enjoy the wonderful space.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, around 1671 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with no step to entrance.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• Garage is not part of the rental; there is dedicated parking spot next to the entrance, and ample street parking on the 23rd.
• The street where the home sits on is quite steep and please excise caution when you drive up.
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Magnolia Manor was perfect for our stay.

The house was very nice and in a beautiful neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for storage. The bathrooms were beautiful. The washer and dryer was convenient and appeared to be new. When we get back to Seattle would definitely stay here again.

Bring your own washcloths!!

Okay, smelled of cat urine and not very clean. I had some cat allergy issues and there was not a single washcloth or hand towel in the place. You’ll need your own lotion as well. If you prefer caffeinated coffee you might want to pack it, there was only decaf in the place. One bedroom window just opened on its own while sleeping and no way to close. Should have charged a bit less for this place. Won’t be on the return list.

Adequate, but in need of a refresh

This stay started off by not being able to get into the house because no arrival email was sent to me. I had to call the management company, and luckily someone answered and gave me the code. The bottom floor definitely smelled like dogs and cleaning products to deal with pet smells from accidents. The upstairs was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the hvac system needed better instructions (locked units, heat instead of cold air) - had to call to get it sorted as well. Touch up paint marks in a non-matching color in the stairwell felt really cheap and sent the wrong message. All in all, the stay was okay, but with the above issues, I would not recommend this place until they get these issues resolved.

Cute and great location, a few challenges

This townhouse was really cute and in a good location. We were only there for one night so I don't feel we got the whole experience. There were a few little things that weren't perfect -- mostly I think I didn't connect dots from data on the listing (my fault, not theirs). The 3rd bedroom is a converted garage - it's kinda musty smelling and there's no bathroom (not even 1/2 bath) on that bottom floor which was wildly inconvenient by chance since our friend had a recent knee surgery. To reach a toilet was 1 flight; 2 flights inside another bedroom for a shower/full bath. I didn't realize this until everyone was settled in late at night. The beds are also all really low to the ground which was not a problem for me but the 6' - 6'4" tall men didn't love it. The place is a little big quirky but in a very safe area, we walked several places, and it was clean and well maintained other than the converted garage musty odor. Note if you do want to walk, there is a very steep hill involved so plan appropriately.

A Great Seattle Home Away From Home

I can’t say enough positive things about this property and the host/management group! The property is nestled in a wonderful family friendly neighborhood, and the amenities are top of the line! Kitchen Aid appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and streaming platforms are preset on the family room TV. It was a perfect plug-n-play “home away from home” for me and my boys while visiting Seattle for my nieces graduation. It’s close to the highway, restaurants, the grocery store, and discovery park is just down the road! We enjoyed it so much, that I’ve already marked this property for our return next year for another graduation. It’s a gem!

Great Neighborhood..House Needs Work and Property Management is Poor

As a long time and established VRBO member: 1. House was in a great neighborhood 2. House was a 2.5 out of 5, visible touch up paint, rusty shower rods, beat up furniture/cabinets and stains on the carpet. 3. Property Management was dishonest and horrible. 4. Would stay in the area again but not at this house.

Perfect Magnolia Stay

Perfect for Quick Trip w/ Friends

The townhome is very nice and cleanly with lots of windows and natural light. The location is away from city traffic but close enough to downtown. The Ac units in the room were really convenient and the extra provided fans really helped with any city noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to Family

The proximity to the Magnolia location of our son and his family as well as the bus stop one block away was great. Kind of tight parking quarters at the home , but other wise a great house for our family group of six. A couple of glitches with household furniture and fixtures were addressed very professionally and quickly by the property manager, who was readily available and accommodating to our needs.
