The hall bathroom has a double door walk-in shower. There is coin-up laundry on site and a sand washing station down in the parking area. Parking is on site and for larger vehicles, there is additional parking across the street on the East side of Beach Drive. Restaurants and shopping, movie theater, arcade, gelato and ice cream for example, are just 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Elevator is on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets (HOA rule). Some of the best views to be had and great times for all are at the beach.
