„This was a comfortable stay for us. The unit is spacious and has everything you need. The listing doesn't mention that the sofa in the living room is a pull-out, but it is. This was great for us.The balcony is really nice and you can sit out there and watch birds and the sunset and the river. It's an easy walk to the beach/prom along 12th ave. „Just my son and I stayed here but this unit can accommodate a few more people. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are clean and have everything. View from the balcony is great. „From check-in to check-out, everything was so simple and relaxing. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, very well equipped (best kitchen we've ever had in a rental property), and the views are stunning! Two bathrooms was also a bonus. You are right in the heart of everything, and yet it is a peaceful setting. It's a VERY easy walk to stores and restaurants, and a beautiful walk at that. We will be rebooking soon and staying as often as possible!“
