He was so kind to help me lift the heavy items out of my vehicle. He refused the tip I offered but I insisted! The room is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the awful Dove hygiene products. Please consider using something that isn't full of perfumes and chemicals. “

„Overall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. „I liked the flair and style of The Brown. The preserved elegance of the Twenties. But although the modern amenities like USB outlets and coffeemaker in the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and Graham's Cafe were friendly and welcoming. It was so wonderful to sit down at a table decked out in white tablelinen, clean shiny silverware and linen napkin, sipping a glass of Chianti while listening to live piano music. “

Für den Preis pro Nacht sind meiner Meinung nach zu viele Mängel vorhanden. The property was clean and uodated. I saw ample staff working from about 7am-5pm cleaning, fixing, etc. Breakfast service was always stocked and fresh. Rooms were comfortable and clean. And for the quality of the property, the rates were tremendously thrifty!“
