„The front desk clerk was extremely professional and yet very friendly. I am recovering from an intense surgery to my right hand and arm. He was so kind to help me lift the heavy items out of my vehicle. He refused the tip I offered but I insisted! The room is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the awful Dove hygiene products. Please consider using something that isn't full of perfumes and chemicals. “

„Overall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. „I liked the flair and style of The Brown. The preserved elegance of the Twenties. But although the modern amenities like USB outlets and coffeemaker in the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and Graham's Cafe were friendly and welcoming. It was so wonderful to sit down at a table decked out in white tablelinen, clean shiny silverware and linen napkin, sipping a glass of Chianti while listening to live piano music. “
