The Ferry Rock Suite comes fully stocked with everything you will need at your home away from home, including air-conditioning, heating, luxury furniture, Turkish cotton bath towels, beach towels and robes, high-speed fiber WiFi broadband internet access, specially designed large windows for natural light and views, ambient floor facing lighting placed throughout and a full stainless-steel applianced kitchen. This suite includes one (1) parking spot in a secure, private, gated lot.

Kitchen amenities include everything you need to serve a magnificent meal; with high-quality cutlery, place settings with utensils, general kitchen cooking tools, refrigerator with freezer, microwave convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and large flat glass electric cooktop with ventilating hood. The kitchen is adjoined to the open-concept living space by a granite bar with stools to a wood dining table with four seats.

Living Room includes a queen sized pull-out bed housed in a tasteful couch, with center tables and an additional seat. A 50" high-definition flat-screen LED Backlit LCD Samsung SmartTV television centers the room on shelf with space for storage.

The living quarters and bedroom are both accessible by the full bathroom, a state of the art washing machine and dryer, as well as more storage for linens and belongings. The bedroom is centered by our specially designed Queen size LS memory foam mattress featuring Pima Cotton 1000 thread count linens, twin bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers with another Samsung television and large closet with mirrored doors. Bedroom also features light-blocking window shades for comfort. Each rental includes parking, semi-private decks and outdoor secure storage for kayaks, beach chairs and summer gear.
