Just a few minutes away is the Redneck Riviera, a sandbar where all the locals hang out and have a great time. Everybody is welcome to join in, have fun, and make memories.

Known as the Bass Capital, you are just a few minutes away from the St. Johns River, Crescent Lake, and even Lake George, the second largest lake in Florida. We have a fish cleaning station, a grill, a table with an umbrella, and a fire pit.

Plenty of parking beside the home for your boat of other toys! You can put the boat in the water near us and dock it behind the home if you would like.
Your Satsuma getaway awaits at this charming 2-bedroom cottage. Inside, guests will find a PRIVATE bedroom with a queen bed and TV. The loft area UPSTAIRS has a KING BED (you must be fit to go up and down stairs, but it is perfect for kids!). It even has a fireplace and TV upstairs and a cozy living room with a fold-out full bed and a large Internet TV. A kitchen with a GAS STOVE and OVEN with a MICROWAVE, a full-size REFRIGERATOR, and a SMALL DISHWASHER, as well as an all-in-one WASHER and DRYER. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig and coffee pods, plus cookware and utensils, as well as bottled water and spices, laundry detergent, and dish detergent. Enjoy the full-size bathroom and stand-up shower. With AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, your stay will be nothing short of terrific. 3 total smart Tvs.

The home has a small rear deck that you can sit and take in the nature with the CANAL in back of the home that you can fish from (YES, we provide some fishing poles and a tackle box). It has a fenced-in area in the rear for your fur babies to roam, as well as a FIRE PIT and benches to enjoy the SMORES (we provide the marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate, and of course the wood for the fire pit). We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

What to do on your visit? The canal behind the home is only a few minutes from the world famous ST JOHNS RIVER you can rent a BOAT or PONTOON boat close by and dock right behind the home!
