Our two-bedroom apartment is conveniently located adjacent to IMG Academy, with access to beautiful beaches, sports facilities, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping spots.

The apartment offers a unique blend of contemporary amenities and furnishings. It’s perfect for leisure or business travelers, including sports lovers, who are looking to discover the sights, sounds, and feelings the city offers. Our apartment is situated in a beautiful residential community offering resort-style amenities and a friendly ambiance. It features a spacious living area with a contemporary style and laid-back bliss. The apartment is filled with superb amenities, including a fully-upgraded kitchen, plank flooring, ceiling fans, luxurious carpeting and a washer and dryer. The whole living area is bright due to the natural lighting from the large windows.

The apartment has an open-plan concept, with the living room leading into the dining area and the kitchen. The exquisite living room boasts chic furnishings and a Smart TV with streaming services.

The kitchen features a minimalistic white feel, equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a storm. You'll particularly love the sleek charcoal-grey countertops, white cabinets, and energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances. There's a Nespresso coffee machine with a choice of capsules and pods available for coffee lovers.

The apartment also has a small utility room with in-unit laundry equipment and essentials close to the kitchen.

Birthday Trip
We booked the trip for my daughter's birthday. We have family nearby and enjoy the beaches. The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We were able to enjoy the pool and has a wonderful stay.

Substandard -- Very Misleading
This is a unit in a very busy apartment complex. Property was filthy and had not been maintained. Carpet should have been replaced five years ago (no exaggeration). Door wall latch was broken. Ice maker was broken. Door wall screen door was broken. HVAC filter was blocked by dirt and A/C could not be used. Bedroom windows were dirty and moldy. Vertical and horizontal blinds were missing slats. Minimal and uncomfortable seating for four. Towels were few and very thin. Internet and cable TV did not work until the last day. Ten hangers were provided for the four adults staying a week. We had to prepare the list of needs during our vacation, communicate to the owner, and then be inconvenienced during servicing. We never should have had to be the ones to point out these "fixes" during our vacation. We had to communicate with the owner on a daily basis. Some of the items were addressed. Additional towels were provided four days later, HVAC filter was replaced day after we arrived, door wall latch was replaced, a few slats were installed, additional hangers were provided 3-4 days after we arrived. Neighbors were noisy and you could smell pot throughout the complex constantly. Pool area and fitness center were the best features Due to the fact we were misled on the value and condition of this property, we requested a partial refund of $495 from the owner. We have not received the refund nor heard anything from the owner. We would appreciate your help in obtaining this refund.

Perfect stay to attend IMG event
The communication with the staff was superb. I felt if I had any issues, at any time, they would be remedied easily. It was extremely easy to check in and we had no worries of arriving late after a long flight. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and washer dryer as we were attending athletic events at IMG Academy. Of note, we also liked having our own bathrooms with the bedrooms separated by the living space. We all loved our beds. After the first night we all felt that we had slept great and the beds were very comfortable. We stay in a lot of hotels and rentals and these were great. We utilized the gym and it was well equipped and very clean and pleasant. The staff of the property were also friendly, nice and helpful. For us, the best part was being very close to IMG. It was basically as close as you could be without being on campus directly. I could jog over to the fields in the morning in minutes. Perfect location.

Perfect location for IMG, close to beaches
Stayed for 4 day baseball tourney for son, perfect location, next door to IMG Academy, ten minutes from Bradenton Beach. Easy access to shopping. Place is clean, beds are comfy. Be warned it is a 3rd floor so if steps aren't your friend, might want to consider. That said, you don't have to worry about other residents tromping over your head being on upper floor. Great community pool set up with outdoor kitchen and decent gym if that's your thing. Communication was excellent, would definitely stay again.
