Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire studio space. Though attached to the main house, the studio is completely separate with its own private entrance, ensuring your privacy and independence throughout your stay. Please note that the main house is a separate rental unit and may host other guests during your visit; however, the studio remains fully separate and is not included in the main house access.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (such as linens, towels, and glassware) during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

Grill Information: A propane gas grill is available for your use in the outdoor area. Propane levels are not guaranteed. If the tank is empty or requires a refill during your stay, guests are responsible for obtaining a refill or exchange. We are happy to reimburse the cost of one propane refill or exchange with a copy of the receipt.

Supplies: Extra supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay; please use the in-unit washer and dryer to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and you request their return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items after departure.



Interaction with Guests:

We aim to provide a private and undisturbed stay. While we are available remotely for any questions or assistance you may need, we will not be present on-site during your stay, ensuring your complete privacy.
