Welcome to our modern, tastefully decorated shared home in Sarasota—designed with the vibe of a boutique hostel! You'll be staying in a private, lockable king bedroom with a smart TV, located on the second floor. While your room is fully private, the rest of the house is shared with other friendly Airbnb guests—or occasionally with us, your hosts.

Guests have full access to shared spaces, including a fully stocked kitchen (with complimentary coffee and tea, spices and oils), dining area, cozy upstairs lounge, full and half bathrooms, and a garage movie theater (A/C coming Sept 2025). Outside, relax in the tropical community-style backyard, featuring a hot tub, outdoor showers, gas grill, propane fire pit, hammocks, an outdoor TV, and multiple lounge areas.

Each bedroom has its own lock and key for your safety and privacy. We're always available if you need us—either in person or by phone—and we provide our personal cell numbers upon booking so you can reach us anytime.

We’re located just 5 minutes from downtown Sarasota and 15 minutes from Lido Key Beach, making it the perfect crash pad between exploring the city, hitting the beach, or attending a nearby event.
