This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom coastal home has everything you need to enjoy your visit in Sarasota! The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the highly sought-after Gulf Gate community. Spend your day relaxing by the pool and spa or explore the area. The house is only 8 minutes away from worlds #1 Siesta Key beach and minutes away from shopping and restaurants. It’s also a short 15 min drive to downtown and 20 minutes away from famous St Armand’s Circle.

The house:
The spacious living area features an open concept floorplan. The living room has a 75” smart TV and a brand-new sleeper sofa. The dining room contains a large table which comfortably seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking necessities including pots and pans, baking sheets, blender, toaster and much more. Next to the kitchen there is a Florida room which has a dedicated remote workspace. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a 55” smart TV.


Backyard:
The fenced in backyard is surrounded by lush palm trees for maximum privacy. The screened lanai features a heated pool and spa as well as a grill and a table where you can enjoy outdoor meals.The lanai also contains 2 lounger chairs, patio furniture and a 43” smart TV. Just outside the lanai there is a firepit with Adirondack chairs and a hammock.

Pool and spa heating available for additional $30 per day. 48 hour advance notice required. Pool and spa is heated to 85 degrees from 9am to 7pm. Please note spa temperature needs to be the same as the pool temperature
