This stunning condo is in the prime location in the community of Embassy Villas and within one block from the pool and the beach.

This tasteful coastal home with vaulted ceilings is light, open, and airy. You can relax in the main living space with a sofa and two day chairs. Watch TV after a long day at the beach or set up your laptop/tablet and work remotely at the lovely wooden desk. The ground-level primary bedroom has a large TV and a spectacularly tiled main bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A guest bedroom features another TV and a stunning, updated bath. This beautiful condo has been remodeled down to the studs and now boasts wood-plank tile throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a central air-conditioning unit.

Conveniently located within a mile from St. Armand's Circle and Lido Beach public pool, this home is mere minutes away from pristine gulf beaches. Live out all your waterfront dreams by paddle boarding, surfing, shelling, beachcombing, and parasailing. Downtown Sarasota is a short drive away and offers cultural events like the Sarasota Opera, ballet, theatre, the Sarasota Orchestra, botanical gardens, boat tours, exciting places to dine, and more shopping and nightlife than you can imagine. In short, your friends and family will have no shortage of things to do!

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information and payment to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking.
Dogs have to be under 20 lbs

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
