Charming studio in fabulous University Pines-Sarasota

Located in a quiet neighborhood situated in the heart of Sarasota off of University Parkway, this delightful, brand-new studio offers a cozy retreat for guests. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores, minutes away from Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach, which is voted the #1 beach in the U.S. year after year, near the NEW AQUARIUM, UTC Mall, local shopping centers, the Nathan Benderson Park, and only 4 miles from the SRQ airport.
It is attached to the house but completely independent and private. It is located on the south side of the house, has a white vinyl fence, a pleasant backyard with a seating area for you to relax during your stay, and much more!
Our kitchenette includes items such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle, cutlery, dishes, glassware, cups, and much more. The bedroom features a TV with high-speed Wi-Fi, a queen-size bed, an accent chair, a desk with a chair, and a closet with hangers and a luggage rack. The Guest Suite also features a dining area with a table and two chairs. The bright bathroom features a shower, hairdryer, fresh towels, which are provided along with a starter set of complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper just for the first few days. The kitchenette has complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator, along with coffee, tea bags, sugar, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.
*Parking is easy: One driveway space is reserved for you on the LEFT SIDE IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR, but there is also safe, free, off-street parking (along the white vinyl fence) as well. If you plan to bring a second car, let me know in advance.

*Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. We'd like to ask you to please be respectful of your noise during this time.
*Food delivery, please make sure you provide the right entrance information so the other guests won't be contacted at the main house. The main house is another short-term rental.
