Have stayed at many hotels in India (some much more expensive) and Novotel tops them all by far. Property conditions are excellent, wifi is great, food, everything is very well done here. I had difficulty with Uber picking me up, and one of the staff of hotel kindly assisted me with finding an Uber ride and carrying my luggage. Felt so comfortable and welcome here. „It was a wonderful - as always. I stayed with Courtyard by Marriott some times already when I work in Andheri area. Service is always great and attentive.
Unfortunately I forgot two unimportant items in my bathroom. As I will be back in Mumbai in some days only I asked if these could be stored so that I could pick them up. Unfortunately I never received a reply on my email which I had sent to the email id given to me from the concierge in case I would need anything.“
„My stay at T24 Residency was good. The hotel is near the International Airport (not within walking distance but 6-7 minutes by cab or rickshaw) and the metro station is barely 100 m. All the staff members: at reception, cleaning and the restaurant are really nice and very helpful. The indian food in hotel’s restaurant is really delicious and I would surely recommend it to try. The only thing which I would have wished for was flexibility of hotel’s policy to allow outside food once in a while. ...

"Party Hotel!! I had a room at 9th floor and they party at 11th floor until 2AM couldn’t find sleep! Hotel is full with Moskitos, even in higher floors you have it in the room and get bitten. Very poor managment for a Radisson Blu Hotel"

"Since 10 years I choose this Hotel for accommodations. The condition of the rooms are like 10 years ago. Rooms are looking really matured. They charge you like in ITC or Hilton but don’t provide the high standard of luxury hotels. A pity.

"Das Hotel ist super am Flughafen gelegen, man kann alles gut erreichen. Trotz der Sanierung sind die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man deutlich sieht. Die Bäder waren noch im alten Zustand. Ansonsten war alles sehr super und das Personal hilfsbereit. "
