Have stayed at many hotels in India (some much more expensive) and Novotel tops them all by far. Property conditions are excellent, wifi is great, food, everything is very well done here. „It was a wonderful - as always. I stayed with Courtyard by Marriott some times already when I work in Andheri area. Service is always great and attentive.
Unfortunately I forgot two unimportant items in my bathroom. As I will be back in Mumbai in some days only I asked if these could be stored so that I could pick them up. Unfortunately I never received a reply on my email which I had sent to the email id given to me from the concierge in case I would need anything.“

The only thing which I would have wished for was flexibility of hotel’s policy to allow outside food once in a while. ...
„Check in was very simple, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great! Great location near the airport. I stayed here twice on my first and last nights in India and am very glad I picked this place. It's in an area that is not very walkable but it is easy to find transportation from the hotel. Also loved the coffee and tea machine in the lobby! “

"Since 10 years I choose this Hotel for accommodations. The condition of the rooms are like 10 years ago. Rooms are looking really matured. They charge you like in ITC or Hilton but don’t provide the high standard of luxury hotels. A pity.

"Das Hotel ist super am Flughafen gelegen, man kann alles gut erreichen. Trotz der Sanierung sind die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man deutlich sieht. Die Bäder waren noch im alten Zustand. Ansonsten war alles sehr super und das Personal hilfsbereit. "
