The Space:

Have you ever dreamed of having a beautiful beach right in your backyard? At this 3-bedroom condominium located on Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, that incredible dream comes to vibrant life. With space for 9 people, this laid-back Gulf front oasis has a sun-kissed terrace that overlooks the pristine white sandy beach and the sparkling turquoise waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Tucked into a serene, gated community, and boasting a perfect central location, Sunset Villa gives you effortless access to the beach while also keeping you close to popular Gulf Place for an afternoon or a night out.

The main living space at Sunset Villa is bright and open, with large windows and glass doors that frame the breathtaking ocean views and allow the natural Florida sunshine to flood the room with light. One plush sofa and four plush chairs surround a cozy fireplace and a mounted HDTV.  If you can tear yourself away from the incredible views, this spot is the perfect place to curl up for a family movie night with a huge bowl of popcorn or perhaps catch an afternoon siesta.

Next to the living area is a formal dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen is wide open to the living and dining spaces, allowing for easy socialization with large groups. Crisp white cabinets are topped with gorgeous granite countertops, and the full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a spacious refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. There’s also a convenient island that offers extra workspace and casual bar stool seating for four. This is the spot where everyone will gather together over a plate of warm blueberry muffins and steaming mugs of morning coffee.

Down the hallway lie the three private and peaceful bedroom suites all equipped with TV's and ceiling fans. In the primary suite, there’s a sumptuous king-size bed and HDTV for watching classic movies in bed. The ensuite bathroom is like your own private spa— completely renovated from top to bottom. Enjoy a large walk-in closet, large soaking tub, separate shower with exquisite tile throughout and quartz countertop double vanity. The next guest bedroom is like a secondary suite, with a king-size bed and attached fully renovated bathroom. The final bedroom is a fun bunk room that the kids will love, with a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed and a twin-over-full-size bunk bed. This flexible sleeping space has room for five people and another fully renovated bathroom that’s accessible from the hallway.

Chances are, you’ll find yourself drawn outside to your sunny balcony space again and again. Take your morning coffee out here to sip while lounging on the lounge chairs, watching for dolphins.  Then, pour a glass of wine at happy hour as a pastel sunset lights up the sky around you. There’s also a dining table out here for alfresco meals with world-class views.

Having the beach in your backyard means that you’ll never be more than a few steps away from the sand. You’ll also be close to bustling Gulf Place for an afternoon of shopping, an outdoor concert, or an evening out on the town. This picture-perfect condominium also includes a laundry room and two dedicated parking spaces. Sunset Villa is where your next unforgettable 30A getaway begins.
