  • Dies ist ein sehr beliebtes Ferienhaus in der südöstlichen Ecke von Grayton Beach. Von den großen östlichen Außenveranden blicken Sie auf unseren privaten Pool, das private Dock am See und den Grayton Beach State Park. Blick von Westen große Veranden umfasst den Golf von Mexiko und den Strand. Nur 150 Meter vom berühmten Red Bar Resturant und dem neuen Chiringo Resturant entfernt. Zu den jüngsten Verbesserungen zählen ein neues Dock, eine neue Pooloberfläche, neue Frontgate-Poolstühle, durchlaufende Warmwasserbereiter, neue Möbel an der Rückseite, ein neues Kochfeld, neue Außenhandläufe und neue Außenfarben. Dieses wundervolle Haus ist perfekt für große Familien oder Zusammenkünfte. Für einen Pärchen-Trip mit 6 Schlafzimmern mit mindestens einem Kingsize-Bett eingerichtet. Viele Besonderheiten wie: 3 Master-Suiten mit Whirlpool-Wannen, ein Spielzimmer mit Tischfußball und Tischtennis, 2 Kühlschränke, 2 Geschirrspüler und 2 Waschmaschinen / Trockner, Fernseher / DVD in jedem Zimmer sowie 3 Stereoanlagen im Haus. We came here for my bachelorette, and working with Mr. Cole... he made everything so effortless and enjoyable for us. He went out of his way to ensure that our experience was more than worthwhile. The house was extraordinary, fitting 16 people so comfortably. We look back to that trip and say that it was the best vacation yet, and we truthfully believe one of the main reasons was because of how amazing the house was. My family plans to return to Grayton Beach and rent Seaspray because of how much we have been raving about the bachelorette trip and based off the pictures we showed them from the house. There is not one negative thing I can say about my experience with Seaspray, and every single one of my bridesmaids on the trip would agree. We will 100% be returning!!!!!!!!

Overall fantastic

The rental company is fantastic! Communication is excellent. This property is perfectly located and appointed. The main negative thing is that we had WIFI issues immediately and they were communicated by me immediately and was never resolved. This is not a big deal if you don’t require an internet connection. We had 4 dads who needed to work and were unable to do so. That would have been a game changer had we known in advance. Secondly, the layout of the rooms was perfect and the kitchen is amazing with Subzero, Wolf, and fully stocked. Then there was the living room furniture which was actually patio-like furniture and 4 chairs that are just not comfortable. For a house that sleeps 20+ people, it would have been just perfect if there was better/more furniture to sit around in the evenings.

Half of the outlets don’t work, big hole in a door, exterior doors won’t open and close easily etc. overall great house— just thinking that for the price (almost 10 thousand dollars for a week) they’d pay a little extra attention and do things like at least put one roll of TP in each bathroom to start with. We were also there during a major hurricane and didn’t hear a word from the management company asking if we were staying, leaving, okay etc. a house 2 doors down had the doors blown open and the same management company manages it— two days after we called to let them know the third floor doors were STILL open.. they didn’t seem overly concerned but did care enough to have signs posted all over the house about what they would charge you for if damaged. Not very welcoming or relaxing.

Great place for a family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We certainly enjoyed the house. It was close to the beach as well as having the lake behind the house. Our grandchildren loved kayaking on the lake as well as swimming in the pool. The house is spacious with wonderful porches on second and third floors on the front and back of the house.
