The stay was wonderful! It was so lovely to be right on the ocean with windows for days. The walk up and down wasn’t bad at all. The furniture was comfortable and every room clean and well appointed. The only thing missing was beach toys of any kind and beach towels. Overall, it was awesome and we would highly recommend to family and friends. We visit every year and hope to stay again next year!

The place was amazing. The management company was top notch.Our only issue was a 9am checkout time. We come to 30A at least 3 times a year and I’ve never had a 9am strict checkout. With kids, it’s hard, but we loved the place other than scrambling not to get fined for being late on our checkout.

Great place, poor check in process

The condo was very nice, very clean and in a perfect location. Unfortunately we had some hiccups with the check in process resulting in us having to wait past the 3:00 check in to get in. And I felt that a check out time of 9:00 with costly penalties if we don’t leave by then was a little excessive.

Serenity on the Beach

Let me start this review by stating that I am a bit of a snob. I like to stay at places that are at least as nice as home. With that said, this property is accurately represented on VRBO. The beds are comfortable. It has all of the utensils you would ever need. The view of the beach is terrific and the location is very nice. The complex is tucked away about 1/2 mile off of 30A, so it is quiet and isolated (in a good way). My only criticism is the living room furniture is a bit worn and not very comfortable, but the views and other positives far outweigh this minor complaint.

We enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property. Excellent views of beach from living areas and expansive deck. The photos online truly represent the actual unit. Response from management of unit was quick and complete. A minor glitch with the thermostat on heat/ac was the temperature selected was never exactly displayed on the thermostat after unit was running for an allowable amount of time. Also, the late check in time wastes time we could have enjoyed the unit. All in all, we would stay there again.

Perfectly peaceful

This property is beautifully decorated with a breathtaking view right out the door. Our family of six spent a week and enjoyed the privacy this rental gave compared to larger units in the area. Convenient to all things, but not in the high traffic areas. Our only issue was that the WiFi connection was hit or miss, which the management property did try to correct. We found it was just easier to run down to the local coffee shop for reliable WiFi if needed for a meeting or class. This will be the first place I check for availability when we plan a return trip.
