Perfect Pitch is a 4-bedroom home for up to 10 guests in Naturewalk at Seagrove, a Santa Rosa Beach community next to Point Washington State Forest. A 6-seat golf cart and 4 bikes are included, and the Lily Lane bike and foot path leads from the community to the San Juan public beach access, about 1 mile away.

The open living area has plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a gas cooktop, a full range oven, stainless appliances and an island with bar seating. A screened porch adds outdoor living space, and there's a gas grill and an outdoor shower.

The Primary Bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a full bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and the bunk room has twin-over-twin bunk beds. The loft has a queen sleeper sofa and a TV. There are also two half baths.

BEACH ACCESS

The Santa Clara Regional Beach Access off Bramble Grove Drive is also about 1 mile away on the path. The path is for bikes and walkers only. By car, both accesses are about 2 miles away, and Santa Clara has parking.
