From this level, you'll have convenient access to the beach path, making it easy to move between the home and the shoreline throughout the day. An outdoor shower and gas grill add convenience after a day spent on the beach.

The second floor serves as the heart of the home, offering an open-concept living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows frame beautiful Gulf views, creating a bright and inviting space to gather, prepare meals, or simply relax after a day in the sun. A second full bathroom is also located on this level.

The third floor is home to the primary suite, which features Gulf views and a private balcony where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the water from sunrise to sunset.
