    Das La Mer-athon befindet sich in der Gegend des Blue Mountain Beach mit eigenem Strandzugang! Diese 4 Schlafzimmer / 3. Das Haus mit 5 Bädern verfügt über ein Poolhaus, einen privaten optionalen beheizten Pool, eine Garage für zwei Autos, einen Golfwagen für sechs Personen und einen schönen, eingezäunten Garten.

    Geräumiger offener Grundriss im ersten Stock mit drei Meter hohen Decken und individuellen Oberflächen. Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Flachbildfernseher mit Queen-Schlafsofa. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen großen Bauernhaus-Esstisch mit Sitzgelegenheiten für die ganze Familie, auf einer Seite mit Bankettsessel.

    Die Küche ist ein Genuss für Feinschmecker mit Quarz-Arbeitsplatten, Edelstahlgeräten, KitchenAid-Kleingeräten, integriertem Schreibtisch mit WLAN-Zugang und ist zum Ess- und Wohnzimmer geöffnet. Weitere Features sind ein Eiswürfelbereiter und ein Weinkühlschrank. Das erste von vier Schlafzimmern befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Dieses Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der westlichen Seite des Hauses und verfügt über ein Gemeinschaftsbad aus Marmorfliesen und eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Pool und das Poolhaus.

    Im Obergeschoss finden Sie eine große Eltern-Suite mit Kaffeebar, separatem Schlafraum und Rundum-Balkon, wo Sie die wunderbare Golfbrise und die weltberühmten Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Die zweite Master-Suite verfügt über einen Sitzbereich, ein eigenes Bad mit Marmorfliesen und einen Balkon mit Poolblick. Eine gestapelte Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden sich im zweiten Stock zusätzlich zu der voll ausgestatteten Waschmaschine und dem Trockner in der Garage.

    Schlendern Sie zurück und genießen Sie eine schöne Zeit im Pool oder entspannen Sie sich im hängenden Bett im Poolhaus. Dieser Wohnbereich im Freien verfügt über eine Feuerstelle mit Platz für vier Personen, einen Delta Heat-Grill, einen großen Flachbild-TV mit Kühlschrank sowie ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für die gesamte Gruppe, darunter ein hängendes Tagesbett. Es gibt auch einen Esstisch mit Platz für sechs Personen.

Perfect house for our family of 8! The house had everything needed for dinner nights in and it was a short distance from a few great restaurants! The golf cart and bikes made it an easy trip to the beach. The pool/pool house was a great way to end our days on the beach! We highly recommend this house!

Really great property - outside area was perfect with two families of little kids. Beach was extremely walkable and golf cart made getting to restaurants easy. House was beautiful and well stocked.

Best Family Beach House!!

We visit the 30a area every year. This home is by far the best. Kids 15-6 loved the foosball, bunk room and pool. The large table fit all 9 of us for big family dinners. Comfortable beds, great lighting, labeled drawers and light switches! The very best part was the short walk to blue mountain beach, coffee shop virtually across the street. I could go on…great property management!

Family Vacation

Lots of little things to deal with over the first few days but the property manager was responsive and resolved everything. Location and pool are a plus. Cleanliness was lacking - floors were dirty, bathroom baseboards caked with dust and hair (I used Clorox wipes to clean) and lots of dust in the upstairs bedrooms. For those who want a true master bedroom and master bath - this house does not offer that. The master bedroom shares the master bath with the room w 4 bunks. Not ideal for us - others may not mind.

Great location

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants. Backyard was a bit tore up from the storm the previous day but only took a minute to clean up. Pool heater was not turned on for 2 days and had to ask the pool guy who came to turn it on to clean the pool but he did it quickly and it was sparkling clean. Never got really warm but it was refreshing when it needed to be so all good. Beds were comfortable and really liked the guest bedroom on the first level.

Enjoyable fall break!

We enjoyed everything about the house. It was perfect for our group which included 9 people and two families. We really enjoyed the pool house. The only complaint was there was no service for the pool house TV. We were able to connect it to our own phone based wifi router and use it thought. They were trying to get a new cable box but not in time for us to use it.

Great for Families

This property was great. Proximity to the beach was good and the golf cart made it so easy. Well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The space was great for large groups- plenty of seating and entertainment space and 2 washers/dryers. The outdoor space was partially shaded, so great for some and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for evenings. We have stayed on 30A several times, but I loved the pact of crowds in this area. The only thing I would recommend for the home is washcloths for bathrooms and better/more toilet paper. If I was picky I would have liked beach service as part of the rental as the public area is small- but this is available to purchase. All in all we would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the home is wonderful! Plenty of space to spread out, pool and outside area is great! Lots of space to prep and cook. Only a few minor issues: tons of ants in the outdoor bathroom, master bathroom sink doesn't drain unless you hold up the plug and the master bath toilet is not bolted down completely to the floor. But like I said, MINOR issues I'm sure will be taken care of. Beach access at the end of the road was amazing, the ice cream place on the corner was a hit with the kiddos and Red Fish Taco can't be beat!

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The property matched the pictures except the outdoor furniture was much more "tired" than when the pictures were originally taken. We stayed for two weeks and had several issues (stalled golf cart, empty propane tanks, furnace stopped working) within the first couple days. The management company, Oversee, was outstanding in responding quickly and professionally. All issues were corrected in a timely manner and the remainder of our stay was great. We had the pool heated which was perfect as we could swim even when the temperature was 40 degrees. There were 7 people in our group and the home fit us well. Each couple having their own bathroom was a plus and the beds were very comfortable. The golf cart worked well for daily trips to the beach. The Red Fish Taco restaurant is across the 30A highway and down just a bit (within walking distance) and we enjoyed drinks while listening to the nightly live music. We also sat on the balcony on the front of the house and enjoyed the music from there. Since we stayed the second half of February, we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves as the crowds do not start inhabiting the Santa Rosa Beach area until mid-March. We would recommend this property and plan to return next year.

Very dirty

Great location but the property was dirty. The pool house and pool area had cigarette butts and ashes all over and broken glass from the fire pit. The lights outback didn't work around the pool. There were ants crawling around everywhere and the beds felt dirty as well. The dishwasher smelled of rotten milk and the coffee pots had extremely old coffee grounds in it still. The AC stopped working on day 1. The property manager did send someone right away to fix it. The shower went back and forth from scolding hot to freezing cold. The golf cart is very old and we had to fill up the tires at a local bike shop otherwise it was a very unstable and unsafe mode of transportation. The cleaning crew left bags of linens on the front porch the entire stay and noone came to clean the pool. Not worth the money.

There is so much great about this property - the location to the beach and a few restaurants/shops- having a golf cart and bikes available for use - the room set ups are great for multiple families - the pool is the perfect size and depth for kids (our 5 year old could easily stand in the shallow end) We did run into a few issues however. There is only one AC unit for this entire property and the house was extremely hot most of the time we were there. It seemed ok in the beginning of the week, but by the back half of the week it was sitting around 80 degrees and not dropping much lower. It was very uncomfortable. We understand it was summer in FL, but the house not cooling at all was surprising. We did reach out to the property manager asking for someone to check it. We never heard from them that it was checked and was ok or not. At this point we only had two nights left so just powered through. Additionally, on our final night, sewage backed up into the downstairs tub and toilet and ran all over the floor. The management team did ultimately get a plumber out there to fix whatever the clog was, but no one ever came to clean or anything. So that bathroom was just unusable for the remainder of our trip as there was literal waste in the bath tub. We had a great time in Santa Rosa and really enjoyed alot about the house, but unfortunately, I don't think we'd rebook simply because of how uncomfortable we were with the lack of AC.

2nd stay at this house! Perfect, clean, spacious, great location!! No negatives (except the area is growing so much ) much needed getaway did not disappoint! You can count on us on being back for our 3rd stay in the future !

Amazing rental house in Blue Mountain!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: La Mer-Athon is a wonderful house, in the perfect location along 30a. We searched for awhile, not knowing which beach town to stay in and are so pleased we chose Blue Mountain as it (in our opinion), perfectly located right between Grayton and Gulf Place. This particular house is also just a few houses in from 30a, and on the beach side of 30 a. Very quaint and quiet area while still being close to several restaurants and shops. This house is very nice. We had some concern about the beds after reading other reviews but they were all truly SO comfortable! And the backyard area is very special and so much fun. Lots of comfortable furniture, bed swing, the pool, outdoor TV....amazing! We only had one issue regarding our stay and Oversee made it right which makes us very compelled to rent from them again. They were also all extremely helpful and responsive as we were trying to choose a house. And, very importantly, they make their check-in and check-out process very easy. House comes with bikes, golf, cart, beach wagon, pool floats...very well equipped all-around. Everything you could need in the wonderful kitchen too. Don't hesitate to book La Mer-athon or any other property managed by Oversee!

Best beach vacation, very relaxing, a lot of fun! The house is beautiful, spacious, very clean, well managed, with full amenities. The kitchen makes you feel like at home away from home, fully equipped. Enjoyed having breakfast every morning in the backyard, with fully furnished gazebo, a swing, grill, bathroom, pool, shower, etc. Beach access is a short walking distance , it was not crowded,beautiful white sand, clean ocean, very peaceful!! The house is walking distance from icecream creamery just round the corner, walking distance to healthy groceries, Irish pub, amongst other shops. The management service was easy to communicate with, they responded very quickly to all our needs. If anyone is planning a beach vacation, there is nothing to think about, book this house, highly recommend it. Nayna

Kitchen sink had not been clean. Dirty sheets were left in living room cabinets. Reported this to management. Two of four bikes were broken did not receive 2 more bikes until ThursdaY. oNLY TV THAT worked was in living room. Management was wonderful and did all they could do correct problems. We have stayed at your home many times and hope to return when we vacation in Blue Mountain again

Beautiful Home for a large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully located near beach access, fire pit to sit by was awesome after a swim in the evening! The pool was great with heat for cool nights also. We enjoyed the kitchen it was spacious and equipped for cooking with a large family. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with outdoor space to gather and eat, watch tv, or swing and watch the sunset. The golf cart was a plus to ride down to the beach accesses. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, pool and foosball game. Our family will come back next year :)

Beautiful home in Blue Mountain Beach, quiet location, huge backyard with excellent amenities including gas grill large private pool very clean and pool heat was great for chilly nights. Loved the swing and outdoor sitting area. Home was very clean, spacious will return. Golf cart was a plus to ride to beach access
