~ Beach towels or beach gear are not included in your stay. Please plan accordingly so you can enjoy all that our beautiful beaches have to offer!
~ Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. This home resides in a small community with long-term 30A residents and is very much a family-friendly area! All loud noises will be reported.
~ NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed.
~ If, in the unfortunate event, an event or party is held without the host's permission and disrupts neighbors, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.
~ There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in additional cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.
~ Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages to the property and additional charges.
~ NO illegal drugs or firearms are allowed on the property. If this is suspected, guests will answer to the authorities and the guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.
~ Unfortunately, this property cannot accept animals of any kind - this includes Service Animals - to keep the home allergy-free for all guests and homeowners.
*This property no longer has bikes or a golf cart for guests to use. We are happy to recommend a bike rental service upon request!
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
Please note that all check-in and check-out instructions are sent to you via text message after your booking is confirmed outside of Vrbo and Airbnb. As a small business managing multiple units, we have streamlined our guest communication by sending all important information directly to your phone through convenient links.
Your text message will include your door code, Wi-Fi password, and all the details specific to your unit. Door codes are sent at 8:00 AM on the morning of your arrival; however, they will not activate until 4:00 PM on your scheduled check-in day.
The only time a door code will work prior to 4:00 PM is if the management company has specifically adjusted your code and granted you permission for an early check-in.

Our office hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 7 days a week. After hours, we use an answering service that takes messages and contacts us for emergencies.
Please note: if your door code does not work, this is considered an emergency and will be addressed immediately. Non-emergency issues submitted after office hours will be addressed the following morning.
