Gut: Sauberkeit
The furnishings and bedding were beautiful and very comfortable. The building itself is older, and the pool is in need of an update. The view was spectacular, and the short walk to the beach was wonderful. In fact the access to the beach was one of the best! The end of our stay was impacted by a break in the water main. On Thursday night of our stay, we were warned that it might be off for hours. We decided to hurry off the beach to get showers, only to have minimal water pressure and flow. Friday, the water was off for a few hours. We were not made aware of this until exiting the beach to find no water to wash off the sand. At this point we were given conflicting reports of when the water would be turned back on. We ultimately decided to return home on Friday instead of Saturday morning. While the host offered a different property for the night to allow us to get showers, it would be too difficult to pack up and unpack at a different location for only a few hours. We were made this offer and verbally told that we would get a refund for the Friday night. However, after packing up and leaving, we were informed that a refund was not required and we would be given 150 for our inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was not what was told to us. My lesson, always get it in writing. Overall, we had an enjoyable vacation until the last two days.
