The space

Welcome to 'Salty Hideaway II' in the heart of Grayton Beach on 30A! The house has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms with a detached carriage house making for very comfortable accommodations for 16 guests.

The main floor has an open concept floor plan with combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. The chef's kitchen has a 6-burner gas range, farmhouse sink, and breakfast bar island with seating for 4. The adjacent dining table has seating for 6, and doors that open on to two screened-in porches with additional living spaces and another dining table, perfect for an alfresco meal. There is a primary bedroom located on this floor with king bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer (second set in carriage house), and a half bathroom.

On the second floor you'll find 4 additional bedrooms, each with access to incredible views from a porch, deck, or window! The bunk room on this floor also has an additional living space, great for kids to hang out.

On the third floor this is an additional living space with chairs and a TV. Prepare to be wow-ed by the lookout tower that provides expansive views of Grayton Beach and the Gulf!

Follow the wraparound porch to the private pool and deck that includes a gas BBQ grill and sun lounge chairs. The pool separates the main house from the carriage house, great for separating or coming together!

Inside the neighboring carriage house, you'll find a full kitchen, additional washer & dryer, additional porches, a dining area +kitchen island with bar stools, master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, additional full bathroom, and living room with built in twin-over-twin bunk beds. It is the perfect little house!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 24):

FIRST FLOOR:
-Master bedroom 1 with king bed, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination
-Half bathroom

SECOND FLOOR:
-Master bedroom 2 with king bed, en-suite bathroom with large glass shower
-Guest bedroom 3 with two queen beds, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination
-Guest bedroom 4 with queen bed, shared bathroom with shower
-Additional living area (guest bedroom 5) with twin over twin bunk beds, shared bathroom with shower

THIRD FLOOR:
-Additional living area (guest bedroom 6) with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a full size sleeper sofa.

CARRIAGE HOUSE: (sleeps 6)
-Master bedroom 7 with king bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower
-Living area with twin over twin bunk beds and Queen sleeper sofa
-Additional full bathroom with glass shower

There is also a pack n' play and air mattress available for your use.

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available from October 1 - April 30.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or Stinky's to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
