Set inside the gated WaterSound community, this 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home gives families and groups a short walk to community beach access, a separate guest house, and plenty of places to spread out between mornings by the Gulf and slower evenings back at home.

Inside, the house feels bright, relaxed, and made for gathering. Sunlight moves through the living room, where the brick fireplace and arched openings add warmth without taking away from the breezy coastal feel. The kitchen keeps everyone close with a large island for coffee, breakfast, and casual meals, while the dining spaces give the group room to linger over dinner or pull out a game once the beach bags are put away.

Five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms make it easy for everyone to find a little privacy at the end of the day. The separate guest house adds even more flexibility with its own kitchenette, giving grandparents, another couple, or part of the group a quieter place to settle in while still staying close to everyone else.

Outside, much of the stay can unfold without ever leaving the community. Start the morning on one of the covered porches, walk straight to the beach without waiting on a shuttle, then cool off at the communal pool before heading back for an afternoon on the porch. WaterSound also gives you tree-lined paths for walking and biking, a new playground, several newly built parks, and 24/7 community security throughout the gated neighborhood. A new walkway makes it even easier to head out on foot when the group is ready for dinner or something to do beyond the beach.

The Big Chill is within easy walking distance, giving you one of 30A’s favorite open-air gathering spots for food, drinks, shopping, and entertainment. Multiple eateries and bars surround a central lawn and large outdoor screen, with live music, family movie nights, sporting events, shops, and an arcade adding plenty of ways to spend an evening. When the plan calls for more time outdoors, nearby Deer Lake State Park offers trails, a coastal dune lake, a boardwalk through the dunes, and another beautiful stretch of Gulf shoreline to explore. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Bedroom 5 and its en-suite bathroom are located in the casita (guest house).
- Pool heat is not available between 4/1 and 10/1.
- Guests may not park boats or watercraft in the driveway or anywhere in public view. Violations will be ticketed.
- Per Watersound Beach Association regulations, guests are not permitted to use rental golf carts at this property.
- The miniature golf course is a two-minute walk from the house. Clubs and balls can be borrowed from the front gate/security office.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The maximum number of vehicles which can park on-site: 2
- Pack ’n play is available upon request

Parking Details:
A maximum of 2 vehicles can park onsite.
On-street parking is prohibited. Please limit all parking of vehicles, trailers, RVs, etc to the space available on the property.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
