Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the WaterColor Beach Club. Designed for coastal living, spend quiet evenings around the outdoor fireplace and grilling in the Summer kitchen.

Tucked within the Lake District, this 3-level home offers an elegant atmosphere. Enjoy a peaceful morning sipping coffee on the spacious front porch’s Adirondack chairs. A charming mudroom with cubbies for beach bags welcomes guests to the first floor. Continue inside to find an open-concept great room filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors in the living space, where a comfortable couch and 2 sets of armchairs flank the Smart TV. The kitchen’s quartz countertops and top-of-the-line appliances will delight culinary lovers. Chill a bottle of wine in the cooler for a shared dinner at the table for 6, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Or guests can eat on the screened-in porch, which includes a 6-seat table, sitting area, Smart TV, outdoor fireplace, and Summer kitchen. At the end of the night, retire to the guest bedroom with a king bed—all the bedrooms have a Smart TVs. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
