This coastal retreat features an open living and kitchen concept with not one, but ✌🏻pools, plus a hot tub. With 2 cozy bedrooms and 2.5 modern bathrooms, our home comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Plus, take advantage of our four bikes to cruise to the beach or down the Timpoochee Trail

Other things to note:
- Parking is open parking around the home. Each bungalow is allowed 2 parking spaces.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
