  • “Cabana 30Ahhhh" has been recently renovated and comes with gorgeous views of the Gulf. It is a 1 bedroom plus bunks with 1.5 baths. Perfect for a family, ! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine of the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The location is fabulous with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beach access is across the street and you can enjoy any of the 3 pools and hot tub that are available within Gulf Place.
    Access to the white sand beaches and emerald gulf waters with Gulf Place Private beach access directly across the street or enjoy Cabanas community pool , perfect for a quick dip.

We traveled with our family of 4 and the accomodations were perfect. Just enough room for all of us and steps away from the beach. We loved the view of the water from the balcony, access to the pool, the shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the proximity to the ocean. Check in was super easy and we had zero issues during our stay. We look forward to visiting the area again soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Nice property in a terrific location. The condo was in good condition and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which does not seem common in air b&b's. Only criticism of the property is the sliding glass door to the balcony. The door was incredibly difficult to close and somewhat difficult to open and it would not lock. This was an inconvenience because we used the balcony a lot. The balcony has nice seating and a view of the Gulf. Other than this the property was nice. Clean pool and deck and the outside area was well taken care of. The beach could not be easier to walk to as the access is right across the street. There are a number of food and bar options within a very short walk, and of course everything else on 30A is just a very short and pleasant drive. Great stay and would definitely return!

Everything was perfect A/C was cold, Pool was a great temperature and the Location is beautiful. If I could come up with one complaint the sliding glass door going out to the balcony was so hard to close my wife and kids couldn’t even do it.

Overall the property was nice, with plenty of parking as well as restaurants and shops in walking distance. The beach access was easy to access and there were multiple pools on the property to enjoy.

The perfect location

We love it here and always try to stay at the cabanas due to their proximity to the beach, pool and gulf place amenities. This property was excellent (although we might be about to outgrow the bunk beds with our growing kids!). Only suggestion is to replace the chipped bowls, there were quite a few. Thanks for a great vacation!

Suggest you make the listing be more specific that the coffee maker only supports individual coffee pods. The sliding doors need repair; the door and screen are very difficult to open and close. The ice maker does not function and in fact leaks water down the door. There is no serrated knife or cutting board to slice fruit etc. The main bathroom sink drains very slow. When sitting on the sofa suggest you have a tray or sofa arm table top for drinks.

Best 1-bedroom condo at Gulf Place

I've stayed at Gulf Place numerous times over the years. This condo was one of the best! The description & pictures were spot-on. No surprises (which had been the case with other condos at Gulf Place the past few years.) I will book this condo for my next trip to 30A!

Great location & customer service

The original condo we booked got flooded the day we were flying in. Geoffrey the property manager was very accommodating and helped us find a different property to stay the first night while a different room at this property was ready. The location was awesome with many different restaurants and shops near by. Beach access was very easy right across the street. All said, we had a great stay and we were really impressed with the customer service!
