"The Hideaway," is only a short walk or 2 minute bike ride or Golf Cart ride to 30A's newest beach access, and just steps from the community pool! (FREE Golf Cart! Golf cart is free with signed waiver, valid drivers license, and proof of insurance.)
Upon entering this brand new beautifully decorated beach home, your eyes are drawn from one side of the home to the other, while you to take in the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Right past the kitchen you will find the first of the homes two master suites, featuring a spacious room with a large king bed and beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The dining area features a large farm house table with seating for up to 8 people, and an additional 4 stools at the kitchen island. This brand new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. On this first level of the home you will find the first of the homes outdoor entertaining areas, complete with dining for 6 and a propane grill for your families use. Additionally on this level of the home, the garage has been furnished to be the ultimate hang out space, boasting an air hockey table, foosball table, dartboard, bar height seating, and not 1, but 2 tvs!! Also on this level of the home you will find a half bath, and laundry room for your added convenience.
The second level of the home features 2 guest rooms, a large 2nd living area, spacious screened-in patio, the homes 2nd master suite, and a large full bathroom off of the hallway! The 2nd floor of the home gives your family plenty of space to spread out between the large loft with a comfy sectional and large flat-screen tv, or even outside on the homes oversized screened-in balcony!
