This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, beachfront condo features elegant and tasteful new decor throughout the perfectly spacious unit for up to 10 guests. Nearly every room in the condo features unobstructed Gulf views, so every guest can wake up to paradise! There is also a third-floor balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the best possible view of the sunset, sunrise, moonrise, and starry nights without any distractions.

The main level of the home begins on the third floor, with professionally designed kitchen, dining, and living rooms, all with panoramic Gulf and pool views. The updated kitchen features Quartzite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The beachfront primary suite features a king bed, twin sleeper chair, and desk with access to the large beachfront balcony. The second primary located on the same level includes a king bed, twin sleeper chair, and en-suite bath with shower only. There is also a media room with a queen sleeper sofa and twin sailboat bed to accommodate extra guests, near half bath. Our service was exceptional. We had a problem with the elevator and the host immediately fixed it. The location is stunning and the entire place was very clean. Beds were all comfortable and there were plenty of extra supplies. All 9 of us would rent here again!!!

Seasider Retreat

We loved our stay at Beachside 22. The condo is very well appointed. Beachy and fresh. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the fresh air, and amazing views. We did not use the top floor bedroom which was really cute. The only issue might be a noisy fan in the ceiling. I’m not sure if you can turn it off. We rode bikes all over that were provided. We had to rent one. we were very close to downtown Seaside, about a six minute walk. The kitchen had everything you need to have a meal. We really loved the gift boxes with soaps, and olive oil, and salt and pepper. It is also a great benefit to be part of the Watercolor resort community. We ate at Fish Out of Water couple times on our trip. We hope to return next year. Thank you!

Perfect location to the beach and the Watercolor pools, and lovely view of the beach. We had a few minor issues, and the host was very responsive. The elevator is small and slow (fine for transporting luggage/groceries) so we used the many steps (which was fine for our group, but maybe more difficult for others). The condo was well stocked. We loved having access to the condo pool when the Watercolor pools were excessively crowded.

Perfect Location!

The house and location were ideal for a family with 3 active teenage boys. Beach access is quick and easy (literally a few seconds from the door) and the home is an easy walk to the shops of Watercolor, the boathouse, and into the Seaside Square. Traffic on 30a can line up between Watercolor and Seaside, fortunately the home is just far enough west of Seaside to avoid. The house has incredible beach views, is very clean and maintained, and the kitchen is well appointed. The home has 2 assigned parking spots, each easy to access and convenient. The only drawback to us is that the balconies aren't shaded... not a big deal on a cloudy day or in the early morning, but the balconies will be hot under the afternoon sun (as many things are ;). Overall it's a wonderful house and it worked great for our family. I'll look forward to staying again on our next visit to Watercolor.

Water Color

First off this home was beautiful, well decorated, cozy and very clean. The location was excellent just steps from the beach. Very close to the pool and a five minute walk from Seaside shops. I think that it’s important to mention that there are four flights of stairs to get to the main level. Although this was not a problem for myself, or anyone in my group, it could possibly be a problem for others. There is no elevator. When I booked this property, I booked it as two adults and two children. The children in my party were both 14 years old. You have to have an wristbands to get into the club house pool food area. When we arrived on Friday evening, we only had two wristbands. Because HOA makes the wristbands and they were closed over the weekend. We did not get our additional wristbands until Monday afternoon. When booking any child that’s over five needs to be registered as an adult if you want your armbands to be ready and available. This was the only hiccup of our trip. We enjoyed this place very much, and are already considering rebooking.

Beautiful Property

We came for a girls trip. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible but the property was fantastic! It might be a little tight for sleeping 10 (adults) but if you’re a group of 6-7, this property would be perfect! We were not able to enjoy the beach (it rained the whole time)) but we could tell it would have been a perfect spot for a beach day! You’d be more than happy staying at this beautiful property! Other than the weather- I have no complaints!!

Stairs, Stairs, Stairs!!!!!

# 22 had an interior elevator. It did not work. The property manager sent someone to fix it- worked twice before breaking again. We are in our seventies and had to do the 4 flights of stairs everytime we left and returned. Also, 2 of the commodes were stopped up when we arrived- they were “fixed” but would still not flush. My other issue was the difficulty in finding the properly. It would have been helpful if a detailed property map was sent with the other info. Even our shuttle drivers could not find it! The dryer and the air conditioner only partially worked. Had to run the dryer multiple times to finish drying. Yes, it was convenient to the beach. But for the price, it should be in working order!

Wonderful Spring Break

We stayed here for Spring Break and could not have been happier. The location was perfect, steps from the beach, with amazing views from the top two floors. The unit itself was great and plenty of room for several adults and several teenagers. It was great being able to take advantage of the Watercolor community as well as just being a very short walk to Seaside. Communication with the 360 Blue office was easy and they were extremely helpful. They even left a few little gifts for us upon arrival! We will definitely be back!

The location and view are spectacular. The main floor is impeccably maintained. The upstairs (4th floor) BR is the only disappointment. The AC unit is horribly loud when it turns on and the room is quite small, making it difficult to fit suitcases in there and still have any room to walk.

Beautiful beachfront condo!

This home was exactly as described, spotless and with a perfect view of the beach. Very convenient location, just a few short steps to both the beach and the condo pool. Very short walk to the Watercolor Beach Club Pools and all the shopping/restaurants in Seaside. Note that currently, due to Covid, Watercolor beach chairs/umbrellas sell out far in advance and there is no towel service. So consider bringing your own chairs, buckets, shovels, towels, and anything else you may need for the beach, as none of those items are provided. If you plan to cook meals at home, there is a great selection of dishes, pots/pans, and utensils, and a nice community grill right outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon!
