  • Welcome to Redfish Village, one of the most popular vacation spots in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach. "Beach-a-holic" is a pristine 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property where you'll find all the comforts of home. The large kitchen is perfect for nights when you feel like staying in, and the spacious living area provides ample seating for family and friends. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an adjoining bath with a walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom offers two twin XL beds and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

    Conveniently located on Scenic Hwy 30-A, Redfish Village is the perfect retreat for a beach getaway. Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of activities, including bike trails and shopping, and is in close proximity to Grayton Beach State Park. Within the community, you'll find amenities such as an oversized pool, outdoor grills, a children's playground, and a boardwalk and pavilion with stunning views of Redfish Lake. Residents of Redfish Village also enjoy the luxury of a deeded beach access.

    - "Beach-a-holic" is located just 0.2 miles from the Redfish Village deeded beach access and private bathrooms.
    - Redfish Village is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, or you can take the complimentary shuttle.
    - Redfish Village offers a community theater and a workout room available to all guests.
    - Several merchants are located within Redfish Village, including Redfish Taco and Aesthetic Clinique. You'll also find the famous Blue Mountain Creamery just across 30A (seasonal).
    - Redfish Village is situated directly across 30A from the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian and bike path along Scenic 30A that stretches from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach.

Refreshing Condo

The condo was beachy but refined. We had a lovely stay and the location to all-things Blue Mountain beach was excellent. The only thing we missed were coffee filters and the coffee maker has seen better days; the condo's mattresses are also starting to give. We especially loved the Redfish Village pool as well, when the beach option was too stormy.

We loved the condo. Great location.. very nice and clean. Only negatives: need new mattresses in twin bed room, need new hot water heater, need more signage in condo complex, need easier cable tv process- too hard to figure out Besides that.. we loved it..

Very clean, lovely decor, great location, great communication with management. Just a couple of suggestions to enhance rental: Add Chair and Umbrella service to rental package Have a few beach towels in condo for renter use Leave a few coffee pods in kitchen for renters (they would be a sealed product and safe)

We really loved the unit as it fit our family's needs well. We would have loved to have reserved the same unit for our trip back to the area this fall. Unfortunately the inability to access wifi during our stay hindered our vacation greatly. Due to the lack of assistance and communication from the property management company regarding this issue we won't be renting from CD again. Very disappointing experience.

The beautiful ocean is about a five minute walk from the condo, you'll pass a quaint ice cream shop on your way that will help with the heat. Shuttles are available when you call the number however ours was out of order the first day and a half we were there, but was very efficient to have once it was up and running again. A playground and pool also made a perfect alternative to an evening swim for the kids and to get some energy out. The property was very clean and decorated with greenery everywhere. We all felt relaxed and carefree thanks to the near by restaurants like redfish grill. Their corn on the cob was shockingly delicious. Like, I didn't want to share with anyone.. it was hands down the best corn on the cob I've ever had! You may need to bring a bit more of your own supplies from home, our condo did not have a pizza cutter and had only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels with only 2 dish tabs. It all worked out but that was us being very conscious of how much we'd use. Also the app that holds all the vital information you'll need to get into your room was constantly freezing up and we almost couldn't get in the room when we arrived. I restarted my phone and the app worked just long enough to get the passcode for entry. That was a little scary as the concierge had already closed when we arrived. The app was frozen for the rest of our stay which I think is because of the internet service, however it all worked out but it should be noted to have your passcodes written down somewhere in case your app doesn't work once there. Over all it was a lovely week of bliss. We will be returning next year God willing! Thank you redfish!

Renters Beware - Disapointing

CONSTANT HAMMERING joined by the occasional POWER SAW went on 3 of the 4 days of our stay. They offered no resolution & stated that the homeowners should not have to offer any compensation. The response I ultimately received: "Our homeowner will not be offering any type of compensation. . . I am the last person that will be responding to your messages, as like I mentioned, this matter is closed." Surely the HOA has some rules/fines as to noise violations & the mgmt co gets paid. NOTHING was offered, not even a small show of good faith. The hammering began Monday at 8:30am waking our guests and continued until 5pm, making napping, reading or any quiet time impossible. Coastal Dreamin claimed no knowledge of this ongoing construction. On Tues, they said they were going to move us to another unit, but once ready, they said it was rented, but they said the good news was that the hammering would stop on Tues. It continued on Wed and was going on when we left on Thurs. We would have booked another stay if this had been addressed in ANY way, but the utter disregard for our vacation, lack of integrity and care in treating others as you would want to be treated will prevent us from ever returning or recommending this property or any property that Coastal Dreamin manages.
